| Objcetive:To collect the case information of patients with colorectal cancer who were passively monitored in 12 sentinel hospitals in Wuwei City from 1995 to 2016.Analyzed the incidence of colorectal cancer in Wuwei City and determining the high incidence of colorectal cancer.Method:1.Counted the incidence ratio of colorectal cancer by collecting case information of colorectal cancer patients,and calculated colorectal cancer used data such as demographics,standard demographics,colorectal cancer cases,diagnosis time,and age grouping in JointPoint software.Age-adjusted morbidity,annual percent change(APC)analyzed the incidence of colorectal cancer.2.Established a database of colorectal cancer cases in Wuwei City,and spatially analyzed the number of cases in 102 towns and towns in Wuwei City in different years in ArcGIS 10.2.Used population data,the incidence and annual incidence rate of 102 towns and towns in Wuwei City were calculated.In ArcGIS 10.2,the annual incidence rate and annual average spatial distribution map of each township were plotted according to the incidence rate.3.Statistical analysis of spatio-temporal scan of high-incidence area,file import software containing 102 cases of colorectal cancer cases,population total,latitude and longitude data,and application of spatio-temporal scan statistical software SaTScan9.3 to Wuwei City from 1995 to 2016 township colorectal.The incidence of cancer was analyzed by spatio-temporal cluster to find high-risk time and high-incidence areas of colorectal cancer in Wuwei City.Result:1.Basic composition: 789 cases of colorectal cancer,1228 cases of rectal cancer,rectal cancer is the main site of the disease;1214 males and 803 females,male-female ratio is 1.51:1;old people(50-79 years,77.3%);Han people accounted for 98.2%;farmers accounted for 60.9%;married 98.6%;new rural cooperative medical services accounted for 27.6%,social basic medical expenses accounted for 24.5%;pathological diagnosis of 938 cases.2.Incidence trend: from 1995 to 2016 the incidence of colorectal cancer in men and women in Wuwei City was on the rise.The age-adjusted incidence rate of colon cancer had increased from 0.47/100,000 in 1995 to 5.19/100,000 in 2016.Theincidence of rectal cancer was at least 0.5/100,000 and the highest was 8.28/100,000.Male colon cancer APC was 10.14%,female colon cancer APC was 11.79%,male rectal cancer APC was 12.75%,female rectal cancer 1995-2004 APC was 7.37%,2004-2009 APC was 31.72%,2009-2016 APC was 3.71%.3.Spatial distribution: the incidence of colon cancer in Wuwei City was 78.5%of the total number of cases in Liangzhou District and Gulang County of Wuwei City.The towns and towns with the highest incidence of colon cancer were 326/100,000 in Hongshagang Town,88/100,000 in Dongdatan Township,86/100,000 in Maozang Township,79/100,000 in Anyuan Town,Sanlei Town and West.Jingxiang 61/100,000.The incidence of rectal cancer in Liangzhou District and Minqin County of Wuwei City accounted for 77.8% of the total number of cases.The townships with the highest incidence rate were 762/100,000 in Hongshagang Town,71/100,000 in Qingshui Township,70/100,000 in Dongdatan Township,67/100,000 in Nanhu Township,62/100,000 in Jiahe Township,and west.Jingxiang 61/100,000.The incidence rate of colon cancer with the highest annual incidence of colon cancer was 51.7/100,000,and the incidence rate of the highest annual incidence of rectal cancer was 99.8/100,000.3.Spatial aggregation: the distribution of colorectal cancer in Wuwei City had spatial and temporal aggregation.A total of 4 high-incidence areas of colorectal cancer were detected in Wuwei City,including 67 townships,of which 63.3% were in the total number of cases.The No.1 gathering area covered 14 townships.The high-risk period was from 2009 to 2016,and the relative risk was 2.81.The No.2gathering area covered 16 townships.The high-risk period was from 2007 to 2016,and the relative risk was 2.88.Hongshagang Town with the highest annual incidence rate in Minqin County.The No.3 gathering area coverd 19 townships.The high-risk period was from 2012 to 2016,and the relative risk was 2.04.The No.4 gathering area covered 18 townships.The high-incidence period was from 2008 to 2016,the relative risk was 1.59.Conclusion:1.The number of cases of colorectal cancer and the age-adjusted incidence rate in Wuwei City from 1995 to 2016 showed an increasing trend,and the age-adjusted incidence rate of males was higher than that of females.2.There were regional differences in the incidence of colorectal cancer in Wuwei City.The township with the highest annual incidence rate was Hongshagang Town,and Hongshagang Town was an important township for the prevention and control of colorectal cancer in Wuwei City. |
