| Objective:1) To observe positive reaction of Baliao points in patients with functional constipation,2) To observe changes of positive reaction of Baliao points in patients with functional constipation (Baliao is not a therapeutic point) after treatment.Methods:1) In accordance with Rome III criteria,53cases of patients with functional constipation and31healthy persons have been selected as observation group and control group, and the changes of Baliao points’skin color, skin lesions, skin shape, blood contact, muscle tension, point tenderness, point feeling, point reactants among the two group have been recorded through inspection and palpation, and statistical analysis of all the recorded data have been conducted by using Microsoft EXCEL and MATLAB software.2) Three group points of Tianshu, Fujie and Shangjuxu in enrolled patients with functional constipation were treated for two months (20times), and patients who achieved expected clinical results (weekly complete and independent defecation>3times) has been screened, and Baliao points’skin color, skin lesions, skin shape, blood contact, muscle tension, point tenderness, point feeling, point reactants change in the mid-and post-treatment have been recorded through inspection and palpation.3) Statistical analysis of all the recorded data have been conducted by using Microsoft EXCEL and MATLAB software.Results:1) Positive reaction of points in patients with functional constipation got9.92score per person, while healthy person got only1.94score. The proportion of positive reaction among Shangliao points(BL31), Ciliao points(BL32), Zhongliao points(BL33) and Xialiao points(BL34) in patients with functional constipation were14.63%,23.96%,33.27%,28.14%, while healthy persons were15%,38.34%,21.67%,24%. Proportion of each type of positive reaction of Baliao points in Patients with functional constipation are:skin color6.84%, skin Iesion3.04%, skin shape0.76%, blood contact10.46%, tension1.14%, softness6.08%, subcutaneous shallow2.28%, middle muscular12.55%, deep muscles32.32%, quick point12.55%, cord4.56%, induration7.41%; while healthy skin color was10.00%, skin lesion0.00%, skin shape0.00%, blood contact10.00%, tension1.67%, softness0.00%, subcutaneous shallow0.00%, middle muscle3.33%, deep muscles31.67%, quick points31.67%, cord6.67%, induration5.00%.2) Positive reaction of Baliao points can distinguish patients with functional constipation and healthy people, and the accuracy rate is about85%.3) During treatment, rate of change of Baliao point from high to low is right Zhongliao (19.47%), the left Zhongliao (17.70%), left Xialiao (14.16%), right Xialiao (11.5%), bilateral Ciliao (10.62%), bilateral Shangliao (7.96%); after treatment, Baliao points changes from high to low is to the right Zhongliao (19.25%), left Zhongliao (16.58%), right Ciliao (15.51%), left Xialiao (12.83%), right Xialiao (12.30%), left Ciliao (11.23%), right Shangliao (6.42%), left Shangliao (5.88%). The difference determined was statistically significant at all times of investigation. During treatment, rate of change of Baliao point from high to low is deep tenderness (35.4%), middle tenderness (23%), fast points (12.39%), skin lesions (8.85%), blood contact (7.96%), skin color change (5.31%), cord (4.42%), muscle tension (1.77%), induration (0.88%); After treatment, Baliao points changes from high to low is deep tenderness (32.62%), middle tenderness (17.11%), quick points (13.37%), softness (8.56%), skin lesions (7.49%), induration (6.42%), blood contact (5.35%), skin color change (5.31%), cord (2.67%), muscle tension (2.14%), skin shape change (2.14%), skin color change (2.14%).Conclusions:Positive reaction of Baliao points in patients with functional constipation patients are mainly point tenderness, points soreness, cords or nodules, blood contact, which are mostly concentrate on Zhongliao and Xialiao points; After treatment, improvement of positive reaction of Baliao points are mainly concentrate on Zhongliao and Xiliao points; that correlated with constipation from high to low is the Zhongliao, Xialiao, Ciliao and Shangliao points; Baliao points has some diagnostic significance for functional constipation treatment. |
