Study On The Regularity Of The Positive Reaction On Auricular Points In Patients With Damp-heat Type And Deficiency Of Spleen-stomach Type Functional Diarrhea

Objective: By observing the distribution of positive reaction points of auricular points in patients with functional diarrhea(FDi)of damp-heat type and deficiency of spleen-stomach type,the relationship between different TCM syndromes and positive points of ear points in FDi patients was studied,and clinical evidence was provided for the treatment of FDi by auricular acupuncture.Methods:(1)Include 30 patients with damp-heat type group and deficiency of spleen-stomach type group,and 30 healthy controls;(2)Detect the positive reaction points of the three groups of auricular acupoints by XS-100 A ear point detectors,record the number of positive reaction points of the auricular points,and explore the distribution of the positive reaction points of the auricular points in the damp-heat type group and deficiency of spleen-stomach type group.Results:(1)Comparison of the total number of positive reaction points of auricular points: Compared with the healthy control group,the total number of positive reaction points of auricular points in the damp-heat type group and the deficiency of spleen-stomach type group were significantly different(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the total number of positive reaction points of auricular points in the damp-heat type group and the deficiency of spleen-stomach type group(P>0.05).(2)The distribution law of the positive reaction points of auricular points: In the damp-heat type group,the frequency of positive reaction points of auricular points in descending order was spleen,abdomen,large intestine,stomach,rectum,etc.,and the frequency of positive reaction points of auricular points in the deficiency of spleen-stomach type group were spleen,stomach,kidney,triple jiao,and large intestine in descending order.Compared with the healthy control group,the damp-heat type group had significant differences in the spleen,stomach,large intestine,rectum,small intestine,endocrine,and sympathy of the auricular points(P<0.01),and the differences in the abdomen,Shenmen and liver had statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the healthy control group,the deficiency of spleen-stomach type group had significant differences in the spleen,stomach,kidney,triple jiao,lung,large intestine,and ear mi gen(P<0.01),and the differences in the cortex and endocrine were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of the distribution of positive auricular points in left and right ears: There was no significant difference in the distribution of left and right positive auricular points between the damp-heat type group and the deficiency of spleen-stomach type group(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The distribution of the positive reaction points of auricular points with damp-heat type and deficiency of spleen-stomach type is specific.(2)The positive reaction points of auricular points can provide valuable clinical evidence for the diagnosis and ear acupuncture therapy of damp-heat type and deficiency of spleen-stomach type.
