The Research About The Relation Of TCM Syndrome And Blood Lipid And The Relation Of Thyroid Hormone Level And TCM Syndrome Between Uygur Race And Han Race Female Patients

Objective:To discuss the research about the relation of TCM syndrome and blood lipid and the relation of thyroid hormone level and TCM syndromebetween Uygur Race and Han Race female patients.Methods:Chose female patients in the fourth affiliated hospital of Xinjiang medical university, who were diagnosed by coronary heart disease and divided into Uygur race group (n=60) and Han race group(n=60),the healthy check-ups were both90. After the admission to hospital, the hospital heart attending doctors and the above recorded the patients’traditional risk factors, and conducted the TCM syndrome. All the patients were picked4ml fasting venous blood in the hospital in the early morning after the second day and separated the serum.Results:1.The Uygur Race and Han Race female patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) T3is lower than the normal control group(P<0.05),while the T3is higher than the normal control group(P>0.05), which may have contact with the fact that T4can be transformed into TT3easier.Compared with the Han race,there is no statistically significant difference between Uygur Race and Han Race patients in the situation of high blood pressure, diabetes, family history, lipid metabolic disorder, overweight. There is statistically significant difference in age,and positive family history.3. The distribution analysis of coronary heart disease (CHD) of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome type among the Uygur Race and Han Race female patients. The research finds that, in the common nine TCM syndrome types of CHD, the characteristics from more to less order of Uighur patients with TCM syndrome type is:Dirty phlegm obstruction> deficiency of blood stasis>Qi deficiency and blood stasis>. Other certificate type While the order of Han Race is:deficiency of blood stasis> Dirty phlegm obstruction>Qi deficiency and blood stasis>Other certificate type.Dirty phlegm obstruction and Qi deficiency and blood stasis are the four main TCM syndrome types. Conclusion:The Uygur Race and the han Race female patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) have no difference between the thyroid hormone levels, which shows low T3syndrome.Overweight, lipid metabolic disorder, hypertension, diabetes all take up a high rate in Xinjiang regional CHD patients. Which finds that there is a negative connection between theDirty phlegm syndrome and T3, T4, FT3, FT3and SH in Uygur Race,and it is the same in Han Race.
