The Relationship Between Chronic Renal Failure Patients With Thyroid Hormone Levels And TCM Syndrome Type

Objective:Chronic renal failure (CRF) patients with TCM syndrome and thyroid hormone levels in the body of the relationship and relevance for clinical indicators in Western medicine as a reference to the objective test of chronic renal failure patients with TCM syndrome and provide a theoretical basis.Method:Qualified subjects were selected for clinical observation; meanwhile another group of healthy people was selected as normal controls. Use statistical software to analyze the examinations results to explore the association between the serum contents of T3, T4, FT3and FT4and the TCM type of CRF.Result:The TSH levels in patients with CRF compared with the control group the difference was not statistically significant. T3, T4, FT3, FT4levels in CRF patients than in normal control group (P<0.05), but the period between patients with T3, T4, FT3no statistical differences between the level, uremia patient FT4level than the other two groups of patients is low (P<0.05). Chinese patients with various types of TSH compared with the control group, no significant difference, patients with various types of T3, T4, FT3, FT4were lower compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), between the various types of patients compared to patients with spleen deficiency type T3, T4level is low(P<0.05); Yin Deficiency type of T3higher than other types of patients(P<0.05), patients with other types no difference between the T3.Conclusion:Chronic renal failure patients generally low levels of thyroid hormone, TCM syndrome in patients with spleen deficiency type a larger proportion of spleen deficiency of thyroid hormone levels in patients with renal failure than the other syndromes is low, clinical manifestations helps Analysis of spleen deficiency syndromes, using Warming kidney, spleen Qi method of Chinese medicine treatment.
