BackgroundPolycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) accounts for about 7% of women of childbearing age, accounting for about 20% of secondary amenorrhea patients, accounting for about 80% of female hairy and hyperandrogenism, accounting for anovulatory infertility patients 30 % Of the clinical manifestations of menstrual thinning or amenorrhea, obesity, long-term chronic anovulatory, hyperlipidemia, insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia, hirsutism, acne, infertility, etc., for women common to androgen Level and persistent anovulation or ovulation disorders, polycystic ovary and other characteristics, essentially for women of childbearing age endocrine disorders syndrome. Polycystic ovary syndrome has a different phenotype, can have hyperandrogenism, hyperinsulinemia, polycystic ovary and other highly heterogeneous performance. The cause is more complex, different, the current study, may be due to genetic factors and environmental factors caused by interaction.Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome are often associated with clinical features such as menstrual disorders, obesity, insulin resistance, hyperandrogenism, hirsutism, acne and black spike disease, such as type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, endometrial cancer, Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSA) and other complications than the normal number of times to several times. With the living environment, including: excessive pressure, environmental pollution, diet changes, thyroid disease (thyroid nodules, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Hashimoto thyroiditis, etc.) prevalence in the global context, an upward trend, About 300 million people have thyroid-related diseases. Clinical findings, PCOS and thyroid disease, the existence of the same clinical manifestations, such as menstrual disorders, glycolipid abnormalities, insulin resistance, infertility, etc., from the pathogenesis of PCOS due to ovarian follicular cells on the LH over-reaction, And FSH, LH can act on the ovaries, and TSH can be associated with the TSH on the ovarian cells, and the ovariectomy and ovariectomy Receptor combination, as well as FT3, FT4 can be directly on the ovarian granulosa cells, epithelial cells, etc., there is a link between the two and the role. Studies have found that the amount of thyroid hormone levels to help maintain the pituitary - gonadal axis stability, foreign reports have been reported that the normal level of thyroid hormone in the premise of PCOS group TSH average higher than the control group. Combined with its clinical symptoms and pathogenesis, the normal range of different levels of thyroid hormone on PCOS related indicators of the existence of the impact? Give this article inspiration. This article is to explore the different levels of thyroid hormone and PCOS related indicators of the relevance of PCOS with thyroid disease to provide better and timely control. May be the pathogenesis of PCOS to explore, to provide new ideas.Objective1.explore the correlation between the normal range of thyroid hormone levels and the related metabolic indexes in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.2. To provide a new reference for PCOS prevention and control.Material and MethodsWe selected 132 cases of polycystic ovary 2014.1-2016.12 to our hospital syndrome (PCOS) patients and the normal thyroid function as case group, and 146 healthy physical examinees with normal thyroid function as the control group; in accordance with the 2003 Rotterdam diagnostic criteria were divided into normal group and PCOS group. The detection indexes included: thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH), free thyroid hormone (T4), free three T3, and the difference of thyroid hormone le-vels between the two groups. Then the PCOS group was given three levels of thyroid hormones, compared with the PCOS group of patients with sex hormones, blood glucose, blood lipids and so on. Objective to analyze the effect of different levels of thyroid hormones in PCOS patients.ResultsCompared with PCOS group, the levels of sex hormones and FSH in PCOS group were lower than those in control group, while E2, P, T and PRL were higher than those in control group (P <0.05) Compared with the control group, the levels of thyroid hormones and FT3 in PCOS group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05), but the difference was not significant (P <0.05).BMI group was divided into BMI group, healthy control group and PCOS group were compared with BMI group, showing that the age group was significantly lower than the high value group; FSH median group was significantly higher than the low value and high value group; TSH in The median group was significantly lower than the low value group and the high value group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);In the PCOS group, the three subgroups of FT3 were divided into three subgroups, and the level of FTG was decreased with the increase of FT3 level. The level of FING was increased, but there was no significant difference. In the PCOS group, the three subgroups of FT4 were divided into three subgroups. In the age group, FSH and LH / FSH, the FSH high value group was significantly higher than the median and low value group, LH / FSH was low (P <0.05). LDL increased with the increase of FT4, but it did not reach the statistical difference. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05)In the PCOS group, the three groups of the three groups were significantly higher than the median and high values in the three subgroups of the TSH level, and the FINS level and the HOMA-IR high group were significantly higher than the low median Group; the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).There was a positive correlation between FT3 and BMI (r = 0.23x 7 P = 0.042) and FINS (t = 0.284x P = 0.033) with the increase of FT3. With age, FSH and E2 increased with FT4 (R = 0.471xx P = 0.000), FSH (r =0.274xx P = 0.009), E2 (r =0.262x P = 0.013), and FT4 was positively correlated with LDL (r = -0.240x P =0.023), and the level of TOM decreased with the increase of TSH level, and the level of FINS and HOMA-IR increased with the increase of age (r = -0.240x P = 0.023) (R?-0.200x P = 0.004), and TSH was positively correlated with FINS (r = 0.249x P =0.018. and HOMA-IR (r = 0.266x P = 0.011)Conclusions1. For the normal range of thyroid hormone levels in patients with PCOS, with the increase in hormone levels, its glycolipid metabolism and sex hormones, insulin levels have an impact.2.The effect of FT3 and TSH on insulin resistance in PCOS patients with different levels of thyroid hormone in normal range may provide a new idea for the study of the pathogenesis of PCOS.
