Clinical Study Of Antihyperosteogeny Pills And~*Alfacalcidol Capsules In Treatment Of Osteoporosis

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of antihyperosteogeny pill and alfacalcidol capsules treatment of osteoporosis treatment, by comparing two different treatments for osteoporosis, study them for efficacy in treatment of osteoporosis, provide the basis for clinical treatment.Methods:From2012January to2013January, The Chinese medicine hospital in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region for treatment of patients with osteoporosis, in accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of, general data registration, according to the principle of random, were divided into treatment group and control group, The treatment group oral anti hyperosteogeny pill, control group oral alfacalcidol capsules,gender, age, symptoms, severity, bone mineral density, serum calcium content and alkaline phosphates were compared, there was no statistically significant, Treatment for3months, followed up for3months, the prohibition of the use of drugs and other treatments for osteoporosis treatment period, and detailed records of each index and the index of security detection. After the end of the treatment before the treatment results and the final detection result are compared, testing contents for osteoporosis treatment, the two groups before and after treatment of the TCM syndromes, TCM syndrome, dual energy X ray bone density determination results, the content of serum calcium. Evaluation of recorded data were analyzed by SPSS17.0to observe the curative effect of treatment group two. Results:According to "Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis clinical research guiding principle", the two groups have significant effect, the total effective rate of treatment group was91.12%, the comparison group total effectiveness82.35%,two groups of P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant; the improvement of TCM syndrome curative effect:treatment group total effectiveness is94.12%,79.41%in the control group, two groups have symptoms were improved, but the comparison between two groups had significant difference, the chi square test, two groups of curative effect comparison of P<0.05, there was statistical significance correlation; comparison of main syndrome effect:lumbar pain:treatment group total effectiveness94.12%, the comparison group total effectiveness82.35%; and less force:the total effective rate of treatment group was97.06%, total effective rate of the control group was85.29%, the treatment group before treatment after treatment compared with P<0.05, control group before treatment, after treatment compared with P<0.05,after treatment two group P<0.05, that after the treatment, the treatment group and the control group of bone density were significantly increased, with significant differences between groups. Bone mineral density, calcium content and alkaline serum phosphates compared before treatment, treatment group after treatment compared with P<0.05, control group before treatment, after treatment compared with P<0.05, after treatment two group P<0.05, that after the treatment, the treatment group and the control group were significantly increased bone mineral density, there was significant difference between groups.Conclusion:Antihyperosteogeny pill for tonifying the liver and kidney method to treat, administer thoroughly, and has obvious curative effect on primary osteoporosis and improve symptoms, increase bone density and serum calcium content, worthy of further exploration and research in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
