| Object:Language is unique to mankind important tool for communication and exchange of ideas; with all the activities human life and work in all areas has a direct link. Cleft palate speech disorders caused to many people’s daily life brought greater inconvenience. Cleft palate speech disorders caused by a lot of people’s daily life brought greater inconvenience, but for the acoustic characteristics of the Uyghur speech features of cleft palate speech; there is no comprehensive and systematically reported at home and abroad. So this research to create accord with the characteristics of cleft palate Uyghur speech articulation vocabulary to lay a foundation, provide a theoretical basis and reference for clinical speech pathology. Methods:Study participants were students from the department of Uyghur language in Xinjiang University and Xinjiang Normal University, in a quiet recording room, one-on-one with the recording. Autonomous design Uyghur language articulation test, and was further ameliorated through analyzing speech materials of300cases. Results:In accordance with phonological theory of cohesion language, the original word scale for articulation test of contemporary Uyghur language was established. The scale combined linguistic characteristics of Uyghur language, and was built based on the "Parameter database of acoustic characteristics of Uyghur language", as well as referring the "Chinese Character Scale for Articulation Test". Conclusion:Uyghur language articulation test word is suitable for use of Uyghur language speakers or voice disorder group of cleft palate patients. Voice disorder result from speech retardation, the influence of language environment, mental factors and functional speech disorder etc. Contemporary Uyghur language articulation test word scale has a guiding significance on the severity evaluation, diagnosis, treatment standards, and curative effect evaluation of Uyghur patients with phonological disorder. |
