The Characteristics Of Plosive Consonant And Its Preliminary Antidote For Uyghur Patients With Velopharyngeal Insufficiency

Objective: To analyze acoustic features of plosive consonant /b/?/p/?/d/?/q/?/g/?/k/?/t/ of Uyghur patients with velopharyngeal insufficiency and preliminary discuss model of antidote.Methods: 42 cases of velopharyngeal insufficiency patients after cleft palate surgery and 42 normal children that through recording,definition,articulation test were selected and given reading “Uyghur speech articulation test scale” experiment,their Uyghur words containing plosive consonant paper applies praat analysis software to collect parameters(the first formant F1 and the second formant F2,third formant F3)and statistically analyse in Uyghur language.Results: Uyghur consonants/b/,consonant/p/resonance peak were no statistically significant difference(p > 0.05);F2formant's value of consonant/ d / difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);F3formant's value difference of Consonants/g/ was statistically significance(P < 0.05);F1,F2 formant's value of consonant/ q / difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);F1,F3 formant's value of Consonant/k/ were statistically significance(P < 0.05);Consonants/t/resonance peak values of F1,F2 and F3 difference were statistically significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Acoustic parameters of consonant/d /,/ q /,consonant/g /,/ k /,consonant/t/in Uyghur patients with velopharyngeal insufficiency have significant difference comparing to normal group,therefore,Correct antidote model should be established to improve life quality.
