Clinical Curative Effect Of The Xin-xiang Nasal Nano Emulsionon On Allergic Rhinitis In Children Due To Deficiency And Coldness Of Lung Qi

Objective:Through observeing the curative effect of the xin-xiang nasal nano emulsiono and budesonide nasal spray which treat on allergic rhinitis in children due to deficiency and coldness of lung qi,estimate the clinical curative effect of the xin-xiang nasal nano emulsionon which treat on allergic rhinitis in children due to deficiency and coldness of lung qi;To explore the feasibility and superiority of new external traditional Chinese medicine on allergic rhinitis in children; To exploit the new drugs and new preparation treat on allergic rhinitis in children.Method:Determining the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria and the efficacy evaluation criteria of allergic rhinitis in children,60objects meeting the standards were chosen and divided into treatment group and control group,30cases in each group, treatment group was treated with the xin-xiang nasal nano emulsiono and the control group was treated with with budesonide nasal spray,bothtreatment for4weeks;observe the symptoms and each index of all the cases dynamically, filling in the observation scheduids, through statistical treatment, observed the clinical curative effect of the xin-xiang nasal nano emulsionon which treat on allergic rhinitis in children due to deficiency and coldness of lung qi.Results:1. After4weeks of treatment, for the result of the treatment group:the cure rate was0%(0), significant efficiency rate36.7%(11), improvement rate40.0%(12), inefficiency rate23.3%(7), the total effective rate was76.7%(23); The control group:the cure rate was3.3%(1), significant efficiency rate46.7%(14), improvement rate33.3%(10), inefficiency rate16.7%(5), the total effective rate was83.3%(25). The resultment of the chi-square test between the two groups of curative effect showed that comparement of results with no statistical significance (P>0.05). Observation results showed that the treatments of two groups both effective for this diaease and the curative effect of xin-xiang nasal nano emulsiono and budesonide nasal spray was equal almost;2.After1week and2weeks of treatment, compared two groups of scores of primary symptom and signs, respectively, there were statistical significance both(P<0.05),the results showed that the curative effect in treatment group inferior to the control group in initial stage, the budesonide nasal spray which improve the symptoms of the short-term is obvious;After4weeks treatment, respectively to compare sal spray has no obvious difference;3. After3months,the follow-up found that long curative effect of treatment group was superior to control group, there was statistically significant (P<0.05), the forward curative effect of xin-xiang nasal nano emulsiono is better than that of budesonide nasal spray;4.Both the treatment group and control groups had curative effect for allergic rhinitis in children and had not obvious improvement for general symptoms, both had not obvious adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion:The curative effect of xin-xiang nasal nano emulsiono and budesonide nasal spray is equal almost;and the forward curative effect of xin-xiang nasal nano emulsiono is better than that of budesonide nasal spray;with good security, xin-xiang nasal nano emulsiono should be researched and popularized further.
