Clinical Study Of Shuganbuxuequyu Electuary On Migraine (The Type Of Liver Depression And Blood Deficiency Clip Stasis)

Objective:This paper intends to improve contrast by clinical signs and symptoms,syndromes change efficacy evaluation,adverse reaction rates and relapse rates and other indicators to observe the Shuganbuxuequyu Electuary on Migraine due to Liver Depression and Blood Deficiency clip Stasis.Conduct scientific and objective assessment of its efficacy and its therapeutic mechanism described theoretically for Chinese medicine treatment of migraine,then better playes to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,and opens new method and train of thought for the treatment of migraine.Methods:Collected between November 2014 and October 2015 to the Chinese medicine hospital in henan province encephalopathy treatment of migraine patients,Choose met the inclusion criteria and by the exclusion of 72 patients after standard screening,36 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 36 cases.The treatment group received treatment Shuganbuxuequyu decoction and flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,The control group received Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules.Two records are 30 days for a course of treatment.And treatment of patients 60 days after the end of follow-up,the relapse rate of patients were compared.Then compared the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome score,The headache intention,adverse reactions of two Groups before and after treatment.Results:1.The study included 72 cases,after the end of the experiment the treatment group of 30 patients in the control group of 30 patients(shedding 12 cases).No former general treatment,such as age,sex,duration and other aspects of a significant difference(P>0.05),comparable.2.The effective rates of clinical symptoms are 90.00% and 73.33% in treatment group and control group,respectively there is significant difference between two groups(p < 0.05).The effective rates of the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms are 90.00% and 76.67%(p<0.05)in treatment group and control group.Else,in the aspects of controlling headache days,frequency,degree and duration aspects,there are significant differences between two groups(p<0.05).In the aspect of TCD,serotonin index,comparison between treatment group and control group with significant difference,the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.Return visit to 60 days after treatment ends,treantment group recurrence rate 7.41%,control group recurrence rate was 32.14%,comparing the two groups have statistical significance(p < 0.05),the treatment group is lower than the control group.The long-term curatice effect of Shuganbuxuequyu Electuary is relatively good.Conclusion:Shuganbuxuequyu Electuary might be effective in treating migraine belonging to type of liver depression and blood deficiency clip stasis.The party and flunarizine hydrochloride capsules combined use of migraine,the treatment effect is obviously better than pure application of flunarizine hydrochloride capsules.In improving symptoms of Chinese medicine,Shuganbuxuequyu Electuary is also better than placebo.Shuganbuxuequyu Electuary can effectively reduce platelet aggregation rate and have no obvious adverse reactions.So it is worth promoting in clinical application.
