Objective:Clinical research on observing the influence of clinical effect, neoplasm recurrence and quality of life by using Qing Xin Zin Shen Fang to treat patients with endometrial carcinoma postoperative menopausal syndrome.Evaluate its effectiveness, safety, form and optimize the standardization of Chinese medicine treatment of menopausal syndrome in special groups.Methods:Choose30examples which conforms to the inclusion criteria in endometrial cancer postoperative menopausal syndrome patients,who received treatment in Jiangsu province hospital of department of gynaecology during March2013to March2014.By self control study,these patients should take Qing Xin Zi Shen Fang treament,4weeks for a course of treatment,continuous use3period of treatment,a total of12weeks. Observe the clinical comprehensive efficacy of patients before and after medication,the frequency and degree of hot flashes sweating,tumor patients’life quality rating scale score and modified Kupperman menopausal symptoms rating scale score (KMT).Results:(1)The clinical effect:Clinical control0cases, accounting for0%; Powerfully2cases, accounting for6.67%; Effective22cases, accounting for73.33%; Invalid6cases, accounting for20%; The total effective rate of80%;(2)Improved Kupperman menopausal symptoms integral comparison:The difference of menopausal symptoms scores was statistically significant before and after the treatment (P<0.01), after treatment scores are lower than before,Qing Xin Zi Shen Fang obviously decrease Kupperman menopausal symptoms integral, which can effectively relieve postoperative symptoms of menopause syndrome in patients with endometrial cancer.(3) Tumor patients’life quality scores integral comparison:Tumor patients’life quality scores after treatment are lower than before treatment. Before and after the treatment,the difference of tumor patient’s life quality scores was statistically significant (P<0.01), Qing Xin Zi Shen Fang can improve tumor patients’ life quality.(4) The degree and the number of hot flashes, sweating comparison:Times and degree points of patients with hot flashes, sweating after treatment are lower than before treatment, before and after the treatment was statistically significant difference (P<0.01), Qing Xin Zi Shen Fang improve the symptoms of hot flashes and sweating has significant curative effect.(5) The comparison of minor symptoms:The difference of paresthesia symptoms before and after the treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05); Nervousness, joints muscle limbs pain,anxiety, fatigue weakness, dizziness,headache and heart palpitations symptoms before and after the treatmen have significant statistical significance difference (P<0.01); The rest integral of the symptoms before and after the treatment has no statistical significance difference (P>0.05).(6) Seeurity analysi:30patients with no clinical adverse events occurred after taking the drug. There was no statistically significant difference of serum CA125before and after treatment (P>0.05).There is no obvious abnormality in the review of pelvic examination,abdominal color ultrasound or abdominal CT,vaginal stump exfoliated cells,breast color ultrasound examination,blood routine,urine routine,liver function (ALT),kidney (BUN, Scr) and ecg examination,suggests that the treatment of Qing Xin Zi Shen Fang to patients with endometrial carcinoma postoperative menopausal syndrome has good security.Conclusion:Qing Xin Zi Shen Fang can significantly relieve endometrial cancer postoperatively in patients with menopausal syndrome, such as hot flashes, sweating.In such special population, traditional Chinese medicine treatment can be another effective treatment except hormone therapy,which can improve the symptoms of patients and increase their quality of life.
