Clinical Observation Of Zishen Qingxin Recipe On Menopausal Hot Flashes And Its Effect On Vascular Endothelial Function

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zishen Qingxin Decoction in treating menopausal syndrome with yin deficiency and fire vigour,focusing on its improvement on menopausal hot flashes,and to monitor the patient’s serum estradiol(E2)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)before and after treatment,homocysteine(HCY)level and brachial artery endothelial index(FMD),deeply explore the correlation between menopausal hot flashes and vascular endothelial function,and explore the mechanism of Zishen Qingxin Decoction in improving symptoms of hot flashes,and its effect on vascular endothelial function.Methods:Collect 40 cases of menopausal syndrome patients who met the inclusion criteria fromDecember 2019 to December 2020 to the outpatient/ward of Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Using a randomized controlled experimental method,they were divided into Zishen Qingxin Decoction treatment group and Kun In the Tai Capsule control group,treatment group 20 cases,control group 20 cases,There were no cases in the two groups.A total of 40 cases were finally included in the analysis.Both groups were administered orally,4 weeks as a course of treatment,after a total of 12 weeks(3 courses),the comprehensive efficacy,hot flash score,modified Kupperman scale score,TCM syndrome score,and sex hormone levels were observed before and after treatment in the two groups(E2,FSH),serum homocysteine levels(HCY),changes in vascular endothelial function(FMD).Use SPSS26.0 software to perform statistical analysis on the data,evaluate the clinical efficacy of the drug,and analyze its mechanism of action.Results:Prior to treatment,there were no statistical differences in general condition and various observational indicators between the two groups of patients,which were comparable.1.Comparison of total clinical efficacy rate:95.0%in the treatment group and 70.0%in the control group.There is a difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group is more significant compared with the control group.2.Comparison of hot flash scores:The hot flash scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.After treatment,the scores of hot flashes were lower than before,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,after the treatment,the hot flash scores of the two groups were compared,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);it is believed that Zishen Qingxin Decoction is better than Kuntai Capsule in alleviating the symptoms of hot flashes.3.Comparison of Kupperman scale scores:The Kupperman scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than before(P<0.05),and there were statistical differences between the post-treatment groups(P<0.05).It can be considered that Zishen Qingxin Recipe and Kuntai Capsules are both It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the former has better efficacy than the latter.4.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).after treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05),suggesting that Zishen Qingxin Decoction can effectively improve the related TCM syndromes of menopausal syndrome patients with Yin deficiency and fire vigour type.5.Comparison of serum sex hormone levels:Comparing the two groups before and after treatment,the serum E2 level has increased,while the FSH level has decreased,and the difference is significant(P<0.05);after the treatment,the blood E2 level has a significant difference.Statistical significance(P<0.05),FSH level difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),which proves that Zishen Qingxin Decoction can more significantly regulate the level of sex hormones in patients.6.Changes in HCY levels:After treatment,the serum HCY levels of the two groups decreased,and the difference between before and after the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between before and after treatment in the control group was not statistically significant;the two groups were compared after treatment,and the blood HCY in the treatment group The level is lower(P<0.05),it can be considered that Zishen Qingxin Decoction can effectively reduce the serum HCY level and protect the vascular endothelial cells.7.FMD level comparison:Comparing the two groups before and after treatment,the vascular FMD level of the treatment group increased and it was statistically significant(P<0.05).Although the FMD of the control group was also higher than before,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,the FMD of the treatment group increased more in the former(P<0.05);it is speculated that Zishen Qingxin Decoction has better protection of vascular endothelial function.8.Safety judgment:No adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group during the clinical treatment,indicating that the clinical treatment of Zishen Qingxin Decoction is safe.Conclusion:Zishen Qingxin Decoction has a satisfactory effect in treating menopausal syndrome with yin deficiency and fire vigour.It not only significantly improves the symptoms of hot flashes and sweating,regulates serum sex hormone levels,but also reduces blood homocysteine content and increases vascular FMD.Based on the correlation between menopausal hot flashes and vascular endothelial function,it is speculated that Zishen Qingxin Decoction can improve the symptoms of hot flashes by reducing the damage of vascular endothelial cells and protecting vascular endothelial function.Play a certain role in preventing long-term cardiovascular disease.
