Research On Sustainable Development Of Urban Medical Assistance System

Study PurposeThis study aims to, through screening the theories related to medicalassistance system, as well as empirical analysis of the international anddomestic experience; quantitative and qualitative research on the status ofurban medical assistance in urban and rural medical assistance system,comprehensive analysis of tabular data and interviews, exploration thestrategy of urban medical assistance system for sustainable developmentbased on the above conclusions, provide reference for government tooptimize the reform decisions.Study MethodologyThe data sources for this study include medical assistance aspects ofresearch reports and information through searching the system database andsearch engines as well as referring to the relevant books, statistical data andinformation on the policy documents, annual reports and so on, laws andregulations related to medical assistance through searching governmenthealth, finance, civil affairs, statistics and other ministries official websiteand empirical information through researching sample area according to survey form data compiled and interview outline.Study methodology includes literature analysis approach, in-depthinterviews, quantitative research method, systems analysis, statisticalanalysis methods and so on.Study Results(1)This study extends the basic theory of medical assistance system,researches and analyzes the international and domestic experience, sums upthe experience which can be referred to in the future.(2)This study summarizes and analyzes the status and effectiveness ofthe system implementation, according to the status of implementation ofChongqing urban medical assistance system, and looks for ways to improveurban medical assistance system for sustainable development throughanalysis of the sample area data.(3)This study makes suggestions about urban medical assistancesystem for sustainable development combined with empirical researchsurvey area.Conclusions and policy recommendationsThis study puts forward feasible policy recommendations from thethree levels, which are the effective link-up between medical assistanceand basic medical insurance, the effective link-up between urban medicalassistance system and the social assistance system and the process improvements implemented urban medical assistance system, throughtheoretical research, empirical analysis, empirical research, and analysispolicy recommendations about urban medical assistance system forsustainable development.
