The Study Of The Influencing Factors Of The Fear Of Progression In Patients With Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objectives To explore the fear of progression psychological status of the patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and the factors that affect the fear with AMI patients.provide a basis for clinical nursing intervention measures.Methods The method of cross-sectional study was used in this study.The 330 patients with acute myocardial infarction were as the research object in the Department of Cardiology,Chengde central hospital on October 2017 to January 2018.using a unified version of the fear of the disease progress Chinese simplified scale(Fo P-Q-SF),social support scale(SSRS),family cohesion and adaptability scale(FACES II-CV),visual analogue scale(VAS),Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ),a general survey and clinical disease related to medical records of inpatients in the Department of Cardiology to fill in the questionnaire,the completion of the investigation on the general situation,clinical disease status,family cohesion and adaptability,the level of social support,coping style and disease in the mental state of fear.All data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software package.All data were analyzed first by descriptive analysis.Secondly,one-way ANOVA and independent sample t test were used.Multivariate stepwise linear regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis.Results 1 The total score of disease fear in 330 AMI patients was(27.60±7.31),which was at the level of psychological dysfunction.Only 16.67% of the patients had fear of psychological disorders.AMI patients had a common fear of disease progression.2 Single factors analysis: age,marital status,education level,drinking,BMI,work unit,payment method,coronary artery infarction,coronary artery infarction,number of treatment,whether there is a way of self-help and is able to control the disease symptoms,not satisfied with the family intimacy,ideal family adaptability,positive and negative coping style effect of psychological fear of disease in patients with AMI score(P< 0.05).Multivariate analysis of 3 patients with AMI disease fear: younger age,to pay medical expenses,a way of self-help and can not take control of disease symptoms,choice of surgical intervention,not satisfied with family cohesion,ideal family adaptability high low,positive coping and negative should be of obvious tendency,fear of disease resistance is stronger,fear is weak(P< 0.05).Conclusions 1 The overall state of the AMI patients was in the level of mental dysfunction,and only 16.67% of the patients had the disorder of the psychological function of the disease.2 Age,mode of payment,self-help,disease control,treatment,dissatisfaction,adaptability,positive coping and passive coping are the influencing factors of AMI's fear.
