Translation And Reliability Test Of Assessment Scale Of Perioperation Nurse Quality

OBJECTIVE:To compilation the evaluation scale of the perioperation nurse quality management for Chinese. To detect and verify the reliability and validity of evaluation scale, and establish a scientific evaluation system.There is an overall, scientific and objective evaluation of perioperation period for nursing care, to provide reference for Chinese perioperation period nursing quality improvement and further study.METHODS:Tuija Leinonene and Helena Leino-kilpi first to scale as the theoretical framework, modify the approved by translation, language study, expert consultation, the formation of7dimensions and32items of the peri operation period of quality evaluation scale for the pre trial. Questionnaire survey was carried out in second steps to three Affiliated Hospital of Central South University in276patients and200nurses in operation room. And the scale was test with factor analysis and reliability.RESULTS:1. Perioperation nurse quality evaluation scale consists of32items and7factors,7dimensions respectively, body care, receive information, support, respect, medical staff characteristics, environment and nursing process.2. Reliability test:scale test-retest reliability, split half reliability, Cronbach’s coefficient of internal consistency, scale has reached the basic requirements of surveying.3. Correlation analysis revealed that the scale has good construct validity.CONCLUSION:1. This study used a combination of theory and practice to preliminary preparation the Chinese version of the peri operation period nursing quality evaluation scale, the formal scale is composed of body care, receive information, support, respect, medical staff characteristics, environment and nursing process,which including seven dimensions,32items.2.The test-retest reliability, split half reliability, Cronbach’s coefficient of internal consistency of the scale has reached the basic requirements of surveying. Correlation analysis showed that the scale has good construct validity.3.The nursing quality evaluation scale of peri operation period for Chinese has good reliability and validity, which can be used for the quality evaluation of nursing care during of operation in our hospital, a boost to the research on the quality management of nursing in China.
