| To launch the study on symptom-related nursing cost, to analyze the required social labor time induced by the nursing process during patient treatment, to systematically and quantitatively assess various aspects of nursing resources consumption and nursing productivity, thereby objectively to evaluate the social benefit and economic effect brought forth by nursing professionals during their service. Along with the evolution of patient-treatment cost-structure in China, as well as the continuous progress of oversea DRG research, the study of nursing cost structure and the formation of pricing-structure of nursing have become very critical subjects nowadays. In order to establish the appropriate government's subsidy baseline towards nursing service, to improve nursing service pricing structure and subsidy system, I had to start with the detailed calculation and validation among various nursing items relating to diseases. The methodology of this study is to select three most common "cervical spondylosis" including cervical spondylotic myelopathy, cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, cervical spondylotic myeloradiculopathy, in accordance with international disease categorization system (ICD-9 and ICD-9-CM-3), as the research cases.Consequently, some tangible reference statistics can be used as the references for actual cost or standard cost.Part â… : Nursing items definition during perioperative periodEmploying Delphi method and social interview approach, the in-depth research was conducted regarding nursing categories for cervical spondylosis at the Grade â…¢-A General Hospitals in Shanghai;the nursing requirements diease were analyzed; the level of nursing management's emphasis upon nursing coverage of perioperation of cervical spondylosis was revealed. Thereupon, the standard structure of nursing treatment was established, in conclusion, there are 28 items relating to preoperation, 13 items introperation, 35 items postoperation.
