Pharmacological Study Of Antrodia Extract

Object:Antrodia camphorata, a new basidiomycete distributed only in Taiwan. Carbon clearance test and serum hemolysin test, observation Antrodia extract impact on normal kunming mice nonspecific immune and its influence to the normal kunming mice humoral immunity.Caused by carbon tetrachloride liver injury model, to observe Antrodia extract on liver injury in mice caused by carbon tetrachloride, and the inhibition effect of ALT and AST.Results:The results show,Subjects in mice appeared no death.Antrodia extract in cases of normal liver cells there is no obvious inhibition, have stronger inhibi tory effect on the HepG2liver cancer cells, and present and dose dependence. Antrodia extract have good antitumor effect.Antrodia extract can improve the level of serum hemolysin, enhance the phagocytosis of mononuclear macrophages normal KM mice. Normal KM mice immune function is to strengthen. Model group obviously abnormal liver function in mice, the liver tissue degeneration necrosis is serious; Experiments show that Antrodia extract each dose group can significantly improve liver injury in mice caused by CCL4, of the inhibition effect of ALT, AST concentration-response relationship, each dose group in liver tissue were different degree of ease. Antrodia cinnamomea extracts of CCL4induced acute liver injury in mice with strong protection.Conclusion:Through the study, The Antrodia extract extract non-toxic or low toxic.Antrodia extract has a certain role in inhibiting tumor. Antrodia extract on immune function in normal mice have enhanced the role of KM.Antrodia extract on CCL4induced acute liver injury in mice has a strong protective effect.
