Since the new century, execution problem has become a hot topic in organizations at homeand abroad. According to the report, the eighteenth congress party’s ruling ability construction, isthe party’s construction and the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics of global,therefore, have to raise the level of leadership and ruling ability as the core content ofconstruction of leaders at all levels to pay special attention to. Implement the eighteenth big spirit,strengthen the party’s ruling ability construction, is the key to improve the leading cadreexecution. Level and ability of leading cadres in the new period on the execution, the executionconstruction as the most basic political responsibility, work the main train of thought, the mosteffective way to implement and reflect.Execution is one of the core competitiveness of the hospital,there is no powerful executiveforce, any good hospital management strategy and vision, can only be an armchair strategist.Executive force, as it were, is a measure of medical community about hospital, quality, servicelevel and satisfaction of the sensor, is also the propeller of the managers to improve the quality ofmedical service as a whole. Members of middle management as the core of hospital management,it is the backbone of the hospital management and hub, represents the core competitiveness ofthe hospital, play the role of mainstay for hospital development. However, in the medical andhealth system reform deepening and medical market increasingly competitive environment,middle managers perform increasingly highlight the problem of hospital, therefore, focus onstrengthening the construction of hospital middle managers execution, is the hospital shape theimage, strengthen management, improve efficiency, promote the development of an importantissue.This article attempts to hospital in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, M middle-level cadresto undertake a study to enhance executive power. To research materials as a basis for analysis ofthe current middle-level cadres in the presence of M Hospital before the execution, execution,execution after the three major problems in the implementation process and the role of cognitivedislocation from middle-level cadres, the management system is flawed and supervisorymeasures not in place, incentive and restraint mechanism is not perfect, and cultural impact ofthe hospital due to the five areas to explore in depth the causes, then put forward the corresponding improvement measures, including enhanced mid-level thinking and understandinghospital executive power, mid-level management to establish and improve the hospital’s rulesand regulations, improve mid-level executive force hospitals to improve the incentivemechanism, establish monitoring mechanisms hospital evaluation of mid-level management,strengthen the construction of hospitals and other cultures. Try to improve hospital-relatedmeasures by problems in middle-level cadres, improve the execution of the hospital middle-levelcadres, promote the comprehensive development of the hospital, the better for the majority ofpatients.
