Under the negativepublic opinion direction, medical alarms succeed frequently, and these entice morepatients and their families to follow them, and take "alarm" behavior as the only meanto maintain the rights of their own, even professional medical alarm groups come intobeing, and all these make the doctor-patient relationship tense continuously. Medicalalarm events interfere with the normal order of medical institutions, endanger medicalstaff personal safety, and to has great harm on medical institutions, society and healthdevelopment. Medical alarm events have become one of the crisis, which medicalinstitutions and health industry facing.In the perspective of crisis management, this article cures medical alarm as crisisthat hospitals are facing, summarizes the nature and characteristics of medical alarm,analyzes the reasons from ordinary medical disputes to medical alarm events,evaluates hospital response effect and dissects the defects of the hospital dealing withmedical alarm referring to the medical typical cases, on the solutions and medicalalarm data of H hospital for nearly four years. This article considers that hospitalshould establish medical alarm crisis management team, scientifically divides medicalalarm events to three levels and determine the classification principles to deal withthem, according to the affecting factors such as participation, violence level, impacton the medical order and so on, make emergency planning, strengthen hospital crisistraining, foster crisis sense, introduce the third party mediation mechanism, set upcrisis management effect evaluation system, and intervene the motion of medical staff,and in order to prevent and deal with medical alarm scientifically, standardized,rationally, prevent malignant events, dissolve the hospital crisis effectively, maintain normal medical order, and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
