Objective The purpose of this study is to treat patients with lumbar disc herniationby method of acupoints,and set up a routine body acupuncture group were observedand compared,on the acupoint method curative effect on the treatment of lumbar discherniation is better than the most widely used conventional acupuncturemethod,choose the best treatment for clinical.Methods In accordance with the inclusion criteria were selected, according totreatment sequence number, take a random number method to divide randomly60cases into the treatment group and control group, each group had30cases. Thetreatment group adopts acupuncture treatment, the control group adopted routineneedling method for treatment. After3courses of treatment, the clinical therapeuticeffect of two groups were evaluated by statistical methods, and analyzing the relevantdata.Results(1) Divided acupuncture method and routine acupuncture method on the therapeuticeffect of two groups were analyzed statistically, the total effective rate in treatmentgroup was93.33%, control group in the total efficiency of80%, two kinds of therapyeffect has significant difference (P <0.05).(2) According to Japanese society evaluation standard Department of orthopedics lowback pain (JOA score), there was significant difference between two groups ofpatients before and after treatment were compared (P <0.01). After the treatment oftwo groups of patients with scores were significantly different (P <0.05).(3) In the clinical symptoms, signs, and functional aspects of daily life, the symptomsand signs of two groups of patients before treatment. There was significant difference of symptoms and signs integral in two groups before and after treatment (P <0.05)compared. The two groups after treatment in patients with symptoms and signs scoreswere significantly different (P <0.05).(4) According to the Oswestry disability index score standard, there is a significantdifference between the two groups of patients before and after treatment werecompared (P <0.01). After the treatment of two groups of patients with scores weresignificantly different (P <0.05).Conclusion This paper shows that the acupuncture method and routine acupuncturemethod to alleviate the effect of patients with lumbar disc herniation clinicalsymptoms, but the total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher thanthat of the control group, and the curative effect in patients with low back pain,sciatica and numbness, straight leg raising test, activities of daily life of these fouraspects is better than that of the control group. The effect of acupuncture in thetreatment of lumbar disc herniation is significant, worthy of promotion.
