ObjectiveThe study based on TCM syndrome differentiation treatment combined with ear beans afellay, recurrent ulcer patients clinical research it, observe clinical efficacy.MethodsSelect50cases of Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (25cases) treated with oral Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ear beans, the control group (25cases) only in oral Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, two groups of a course of4weeks. After4weeks,8weeks respectively, observe and record the patient’s symptoms and signs and adverse reactions.Through to the patient’s body IN grading index and local DP grading index objective indicators such as statistics, and apply OHIP-14scale to evaluate quality of life changes of the patients before and after treatment, with clinical symptoms change and international commonly used quality of life improved standards to curative the effect evaluation of TCM syndrome differentiation combined with Ear beans treating RAU.Results1. Systemic symptom curative effect comparison:Two groups of patients with ulcer number4weeks,8weeks after treatment than before treatment are obviously improved (P<0.05). Comparing the two groups is statistically significant (P<0.05).2. Local symptom curative effect comparison:According to the local treatment curative effect evaluation standard-DP classification method for two groups of patients, on average, ulcers, pain index and the index of4weeks, 8weeks after treatment than before treatment are obviously improved (P<0.05); Comparing the two groups is statistically significant (P<0.05).8weeks after treatment of local symptoms curative effect in treatment group the total effective rate is88%, control group total effective rate is72%, comparing the two groups is statistically difference (P<0.05).3. Two groups of ulcer recurrence rate comparison:Respectively in two groups of patients after treatment of4weeks,8weeks,3months follow-up observation, the results in treatment group recurrence rate is40%, control group recurrence rate is60%, the chi-square concluded: x2=2.000, P=0.157>0.05, comparing the two groups has no statistical significance.4. Secondary outcome indicators curative effect comparison:4weeks,8weeks after treatment in both groups OHIP-14scale in the functional restrictions, physical pain, physiological disorders, psychological barriers, social barriers and total score are lower than before the treatment, the results have statistical significance (P<0.05).4weeks after treatment group compared with control group, the treatment in physical pain and psychological barriers have statistical significance (P<0.05);8weeks after treatment in the functional restrictions, physical pain and psychological barriers and total scores have statistical significance (P<0.05).5. Security comparison:The two groups before and after treatment have no obvious adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion1. Systemic symptom curative effect:TCM syndrome differentiation treatment combined with ear beans can reduce the number of ulcer, curative effect is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group.2. Local symptom curative effect:TCM syndrome differentiation treatment combined with ear beans, can improve the average phase ulcer, pain index and so on, the curative effect is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group. System which set of local symptom group total effective rate higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation combined with ear bean is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group.3. Analysis of two groups before and after treatment of OHIP-14scale scores can be concluded that the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ear beans can improve the oral health related quality of life...
