Provide the effective basis for the treatment of lumbar disc herni ation of cold dampness type and promote the application of moxibustion and Activities with needle for treatment of lumbar disc herniation in the south of hainan.MethodsAccording to the diagnostic, inclusion and exclusion criteria, Choosing60cases diagnosed as cold dampness type lumbar disc herniation patients from Sanya city Hospital of TCM Acupuncture Clinic and Disease prevention center.There were33males,27females, Maxium60years-old age, the minimum28years old, the longest duration36months, the shortest1month. According to the random number table, the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and contrast group. The two groups had30patients. The treatment group was treated by " The method of Wen Tong Huoxue tonifying kidney", that acupuncture with warm acupuncture Jiaji Points(vertebral spine and upper adjacent vertebral body of Jiaji points), Shenshu, Dachangshu acupoints and differentiation of TCM. At the end of warm acupuncture, acupuncture the activities with needle experience points of director Zhang Xiaoyang Yintang. Needling direction to the affected side assemble bamboo acupuncture point penetration needling, and instructing patients do the feeling the pain of action, withdraw the needles after10minutes. The treatment group treatmented by this way for ten consecutive times. The contrast group with conventional therapy of Western medicine. The contrast group intravenously dripped with20%Mannitol Injection250ml+Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection10mg for3days,Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection2ml+5%Glucos e Injection250ml and Chondroitin sulfate40mg+5%Glucose Injection250ml for10days. The researcher Fill out and evaluation the Visual Analogous Scale (VAS) and Oswestry Disability Index (ODI)before treatment, the first day of treatment and the tenth days of treatment. At the end of the study, all the data were analyzed with the SPSS18.0software.Results1. After the first treatment, the treatment group of VAS mean difference was1.467before and after treatment, P<0.05, mean dysfunction index difference was4.900, P<0.05; the contrast group of VAS mean difference was0.313before and after treatment, P>0.05, mean dysfunction index difference was0.170, P>0.05. The treatment group compared VAS with the contrast group, t=-3.299, P<0.05, and Oswestry Dysfuction Index, t=-3.582, P<0.05. It can be proved that the treatment group with immediate analgesic effect is very good.2. At the end of the treatment, the treatment group of VAS mean difference was3.630, P<0.05, mean dysfunction index difference was16.670, P<0.05; the contrast group of VAS mean difference was1.647, P<0.05, mean dysfunction index difference was9.230, P<0.05. The treatment group compared VAS with the contrast group, t=-5.727, P<0.05and Oswestry Dysfuction Index, t=-4.369, P<0.05. After treatment, the treatment group of curative effect is better than the contrast group.3. At the end of the treatment, the total effective rate in treatment-group was100%, the contrast group was66.67%, markedly effective rate of the treatment group was66.67%, and the contrast group was10%, after the rank sum test between the groups showed that P=0.000<0.01. After comparison,"The method of Wen Tong Huoxue tonifying kidney" is better than routine western medicine therapy.It can be proved that "The method of Wen Tong Huoxue tonifying kidney" is an effective method for treatment of the cold dampness type lumbar disc herniation. Conclusion"The method of Wen Tong Huoxue tonifying kidney" is an effective way to treat the cold dampness type lumbar disc herniation.it has better imme-diate analgesic effect.The treatment analgesic effect is excellent and it is very safe. It can relieve the pain of patients quickly.It is a effective treatment method in the south of Hainan in the tre atment of lumbar disc herniation.
