ObjectiveBy adopting syndrome differentiation methods, and In clinical medicine Yiqiyangyin party intervention Nephrotic syndrome to Investigate the effects and pathogenesis of the Yiqiyangyin party to Nephrotic syndrome.MethodsSelecting60cases of nephrotic syndrome as research subjects, Follow the simple randomized, controlled principles,60patients were divided into two groups, each group were30cases. The control group, Treatment with hormone, Treatment group, Treatment with hormone and Yiqiyangyin party. Compare before the TCM prime integrator and integration level change of before and after treatmen, determine the effects of Yiqiyangyin party to Nephrotic syndrome.ResultsOne:Analysised the three conventional, liver and kidney functiongroups of selected groups of patients before and after treatment, Nothing is obvious abnormalities. Throughout the treatment without adverse events.Two:Comparison of TCM elements before and after treatment (liver, kidney, spleen, Qi deficiency, Yin deficiency):Comparison of TCM pathological level before and after treatment in treatment group,(P<0.05); Comparison of TCM pathological level before and after treatment in control group,(P>0.05); there are significant differences between the two groups after treatment. The method hormones and Yiqiyangyin parties combined application can better improve the TCM pathological leve, and better Improve the symptoms of clinical medicine.ConclusionThe method hormones and Yiqiyangyin parties combined application can better improve the TCM pathological level, better improve the symptoms of clinical medicine, and that the treatment is safe side, worthy of promotion.
