Purpose:This issue by observing the use of Wind Diuresis Qingre treatment 40 cases of wind heat syndrome in children with idiopathic nephrotic syndrome,diuresis on the Wind Qingre wind heat treatment in children with idiopathic nephrotic syndrome to make objective assessment,and to explore its mechanism,clinical Pediatric hope for the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome for reference and reference.Method:Studied 40 cases of dampness by Wind Qingre treatment side with Western medicine,to a course of treatment(eight week),the main symptoms observed before and after treatment,signs,urine routine,24-hour urinary protein,serum IgE, serum albumin,liver function,kidney function and other indicators of change.Result:After the end of treatment required to achieve the target number of cases.(1) Chinese and Western Medicine of wind heat syndrome in children with idiopathic nephrotic syndrome sure,that would significantly reduce the urinary protein,increase the serum albumin,lower serum IgE,by statistical analysis before and after treatment with significant difference(P<0.01).(2) Traditional Chinese and western medicine for different diseases, different degrees of proteinuria have shown therapeutic effects.(3) Liver and kidney function tests before and after treatment compared no abnormal changes in the preliminary show that safe and effective treatment. Children with no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusions:Wind Dampness Qingre side with Western medicine treatment of wind heat syndrome of primary nephrotic syndrome in children,children can improve clinical symptoms and signs,to reduce urinary protein,increase the serum albumin,lower serum IgE.
