The Clinical Observation On The Treatment For Menstrual Headache Of Blood Stasis With Jia Jian Tong Qiao Huo Xue Tang

ObjectiveMenstrual headache is a disease and syndrome refers to each menstrual period or before and after occurs with headache as the main manifestation. This disease is equivalent to modern medicine "premenstrual syndrome(PMS) or menstrual migraine". Headache during menstruation is a common and multiple gynecological diseases. In recent years, with the increasing pressure of social life, more and more women experience PMS, it influences work, life, bodily and mind’s health. This course topic observe its efficacy that treat headache during menstruation with jia jian tong qiao huo xue tang, to provide a theory basis for traditional Chinese medicine in treating headache during menstruation, and to seek a more effective treatment for clinical application.MethodsThe study used the prospective randomized check experiment. Select48patients whose seeing a doctor at Guangdong Province Chinese medicine hospital gynecology department outpatient service during from april,2013to march,2014, that get a headache during menstruation belong to blood stasis-type. They divided into the treated group with22cases and the control group with20cases stochastically. The treated group gave jia jian tong qiao tong xue tang, while the control group gave caps of Ibuprofen. At last, We evaluate every case according to the following items before the treatment and after treatment:pain degree and pain time. The two groups were third after treatment at the end of the menstrual cycle for a return, the recurrence rate of treated group was18.2%; the control group the recurrence rate was55.0%. To explore the effect of treated group is obviously superior to the control group.Results1. After the treatments, the treated group has a total effective rate of95.5%, markedly effective rate of68.2%, and3cases are significant improved,12cases are improve in effect,6cases are improved,1cases have no effect. The control group has a total effective rate of65.0%, markedly effective rate of35.0%, and1cases are significant improved,6cases are improved in effect,6cases are improved,7cases have no effecet. The effect of two groups has significant difference (P<0.05)2. After the therapy, two groups have the statistics comparison, pain degree and pain time have been alleviated (P<0.05). The effect of the therapy group is better than the comparison group after the therapy course. Tongue in terms of improving the treatment group compared with the control group had significant differences.3.
