Jian Tong Tang Decoction In The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome-inducedlate Enstrual Clinical Effects

Purpose: Observation of oral Jian Tong Tang decoction in the treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome-induced late enstrual clinical effects.Method: Choose between December 2009 and February 2011 in affiliated hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine in Gynecologic Clinic appointments, meet the criteria of 30 patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, differentiation of phlegm-dampness of spleen-dominated, with oral Chinese medicine decoction Jian Tong Tang, observation of therapeutic effect, more periods before and after treatment and its associated symptoms.Result: Comprehensive Treatment Results: 30 patients, healed in 2 cases, cure rate 6.67%; Excellent 11 cases, explicit efficiency 36.67%; 14 cases effectively, efficient 46.67%; invalid 3 cases, inefficient 10%, total effective rate of 90%, its treatment effect. Each observation index before and after treatment was statistically significant comparative, (P < 0.05). Menstrual cycles and avoidance of correlation analysis, and the curative effect was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Age and course and curative effect, correlation analysis was not statistically significant (P > 0.05).Conclusion: Jian Tong Tang in the treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome-induced late menstrual clinical effects and reliable. As one of the treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome: a valid prescription.
