Purpose: Through observe the self-Tong qiao zhi tong decoction treating migraine clinical effectiveness,safety,in order to make clear indications and application of goals, foundation for theory accumulated and clinical promotion.Method: This clinical study using random controlled method observation,60 patients with migraine patients divided into the treatment group and control group. 30 cases in treatment grou,oral the self-Tong qiao zhi tong decoction(gastrodia elata Bl 15g,rhizoma chuanxiong15g,citrus aurantium extract10g,acorus gramineus10g,arisaema cum bile 10g,red paeony root 10g,achyranthes bidentata15g, fructus evodiae5g),decoction per pay 300ml,150ml / time,twice a day orally. 30 cases in control group,oral tou tong ning capsule (xian yang bu chang pharmaceutical Co., LTD, batch number Z20026851) ,3 capsules /time,3 times a day oral.The treatment: 30 days.Result: The treatment group:oral the self-Tong qiao zhi tong decoction,Significantly reduce the degree of headache, headache frequency and headache duration was significantly reduced.Clinical total effectiveness is 83.33%;The control group: oral tou tong ning capsule clinical total effectiveness is 80.00%. two groups of curative effect without difference compared.Conclusion: The self-Tong qiao zhi tong decoction and tou tong ning capsule of curative effect without difference compared, and without influence the safety index, the self-Tong qiao zhi tong decoction is effect and safety.
