| Objectives:To describe the present situation of children’s nutrition knowledge, attitude, behavior, self-efficacy. To analyses the situation of quality of life. Confirm the relationship of nutrition status and quality of life. To clearify the nutrition status influencing of quality of life.Methods:It is non-experimental study.used questionnaires to investigation of a primary school grade four students in Yanji,Wangqing and Antu.Were; distributed720questionnaires, returnied720,the recovery was100%.Research tools including general demographic information, nutrition knowledge scale, nutrition related attitude scale, nutrition related self-efficacy scale, nutrition related quality of life scale, etc.Data collection and analysis using the statistical software SPSS17.0, AMOS19.0, using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression statistical analysis, etc.Results:(1) The children’s nutrition knowledge, attitude and dietary behavior and self-efficacy scores were9.12±1.9,46.32±5.35,20.68±2.36,41.84±5.84points. Only10.6%and12.4%of children in good level of nutritional knowledge and attitude,the highest percentage of self-efficacy, accounted for60.8%,42.2%of the children have good dietary behavior.(2) In poor areas, traffic tools for children to walk the nutrition knowledge level is low; Left-behind children, always a people eat, poor areas, they do not have a bedroom, parents have no fixed occupation, the rest time to play with children in school nutrition attitude is low; Girls, not stay, not always a people eat, yanji, oneself have a bedroom, a vehicle for private cars, the rest time to study the children in the school meals behavior is higher; Girls, not stay, not always a people eat, yanji, oneself have a bedroom, a vehicle for private cars, the rest time to study the children in the school high self-efficacy.(3) Quality of life of Children’s score was97.00±12.30points,66.9%were in good condition. The highest of which is social activities section (76.7%), followed by part of the disease (69.0%) and general health perception (67.5%), the lowest level is the emotional stability of (44.4%).(4) Left-behind children, always a people eat, from poverty-stricken counties, does not have a bedroom, a vehicle for walk, parents have no fixed occupation, rest time to play in school children, the low level of quality of life.(5) The total score of life quality and district, transportation, nutrition attitudes and dietary behavior and self-efficacy are related; Eating with left-behind situation, often a person, you have a bedroom, parents occupation, negatively related to the break time in school; Often a people eat, dietary behavior, self-efficacy and nutritional quality of attitude on life prediction effect is bigger, they Shared37.4%of the total variance explained the children’s quality of life of the yanbian area.(6) Children’s nutrition attitude and dietary behaviors have great impact on the quality of life (β=0.96), self-efficacy and quality of life for children of regression coefficient is0.27, P<0.05). Emotional stability, in case of part of the most influential (β=0.70), followed by disease (β=0.68), and general health perception (0=0.64), social events (β=0.59).Conclusion:The children’s nutrition knowledge were in low rate, attitude is not positive, lack of self-efficacy, dietary behavior well. More than half of the children’s quality of life is good, the emotional stability of scored lowest. Therefore, parents, schools and society should attention to children’s subjective feeling, pay attention to the cultivation of emotional development, encourage children to learn knowledge related to nutrition. Health related intervention to parents and children at the same time, make its formation in the comfortable family atmosphere better self-efficacy, hold a positive attitude towards nutrition, change bad dietary behavior is the key to improve the quality of life. |
