Application Of The Skilled Helper Model To Develop Nursing Interventions Ability Of Higher Vocational Nursing Students

Investigating theskilled helper model can apply for the training mode degree nursing studentsintervention capability, experience and recommendations are summarized in medicalnursing teaching application for further study to gain experience.Method: Select a Vocational and Technical College of Jilin select2012three-year vocationnal nursing students161human subjects, Random clustersampling method will bedivided into experimental groupand the control group,control group susing traditional CBL teaching nursingstudents develop interventioncapacity, the experimental group take the caseteaching and helpingthose who canmodel effective combination model train capacity tointervene.
