The nursing major is an indispensable part in the higher vocational medical education.It mainly cultivates the advanced practical talents who work in the frontline of clinical work and requires the talents to be equipped with basic knowledge and professional skill.It is necessary for higher vocational nursing students in medical education(hereinafter referred to as nursing student)to cultivate their self-learning ability in order to improve their knowledge perversely and become to the sustainable talents after engaging in the frontline of clinical work.This thesis according to the cultivating target of higher vocational nursing students in medical education,combined with the characteristics of nursing student under the E-age background,and analyzed the current status of self-learning in higher education at home and abroad.The author applied the survey tools which made by himself to understand the current status of nursing student and combined with the author's teaching practice to explore the optimization tactics of the nursing student under the E-age background.The main contents of this thesis are following:Part 1: Introduction.The thesis expounds the origin of the study,research contents,research significance and methods,reviews the research on self-learning at home and abroad and defines the related concepts of self-learning,E-age,self-learning in E-age background.Part 2: The summary of higher vocational nursing students self-learning under E-age background.The thesis introduces the self-learning characteristics(initiative and autorhythmicity)and the self-learning elements(learning motivation,learning target,learningstrategy and learning responsibility).Under the background of E Time,conceptual basis of self-study integrates each elements of self-study with others and build them together,which can resolve the frame of vocational college students' self-study into three dimensions(self-motivation,self-planning,application of learning resources)under the background of E Time,each dimension also can be resolved into several influencing factors.Part 3: Part three: Investigation and analysis on current situation of vocational college students' self-study under the background of E Time.The thesis first makes selection of respondents of high vocational college nursing students' self-study,then launching an investigation according to designed questionnaire,and analyzing investigative data;With convenient cluster sampling,the thesis extracts 200 vocational college students who simultaneously conform to inclusion and exclusion criteria as research object from nursing junior college students of 2014 in higher vocational college of Institutes of Technology of Henan.The thesis uses two questionnaires such as general data questionnaires and high vocational college nursing students' self-study current questionnaires(including three sections totally:effect evaluation scale of self-study,evaluation scale of individual factors and evaluation scale of learning environment factors)to survey current situation of research object's self-study.The thesis uses SPSS19.0 to descriptively analyze mean value,standard deviation,frequency,and percentage of database,using independent-sample test to compare and analyze mean value between two group,and using Pearson Method to make correlation analysis between each variable.This indicates that there is a positive correlation between high vocational college nursing students' individual factors and learning environment and learning information and resources under the background of E Time.Under the background of E Time,the better that the individual factors and environment of self-study are,the better that the effect of self-study is.The school need to cultivate vocational college students' goal of self-study and processing capacity for special information,reducing information interference of environment under the background of E Time,and strengthen teacher's guidance and support for study of high vocational college nursing students under the background of E Time.Part 4: Part four: Under the background of E-era,high vocational school nursing students are self-directed learning training strategy.For the problems founded in the investigation,I have combined with the present teaching practice of Henan Polytechnic University higher vocational college,to exploring the background of E-era and the optimization of higher vocational nursing students' autonomous learning strategy: in the first place,to facilitated and stimulated vocational nursing students to motivate themselves.By giving them trust,encourage and care,to improve their self-efficacy.Carrying out career planning and guidance,strengthen the awareness of higher vocational nursing students' active automatic consciousness.By multiple means of cultivating autonomous learning interest,promote their habit of independent study.Attaches great importance to the feedback of study result,inspire them motivate themselves.In the second place,put forth effort to promote higher vocational nursing students' self-management.Constantly focus on the course of independent study,under the background of E-era,strengthen self-monitoring consciousness of higher college nursing student,use the strategy of self-adjusting properly and ensure the normal autonomous learning.Self-evaluation and reflection without delay,promote the benign development of autonomous learning.In the third place,strive to cultivate higher vocational nursing students appliedlearning resources effectively,to learn the usage of network,the higher vocational nursing students can select and apply the information resources effectively.Use the network reasonably and help them construct the precious human resources.Part 5: Conclusion.In contemporary society,although the higher vocational nursing students' independent learning ordinary effect,but if the autonomous environment better enough,the autonomous learning effect is improved significantly.So that is what we need to train the ability of professional information processing and the purpose of autonomous learning,and reduce the information interference of E-era background.
