Study On The Price Management Of High Value Medical Consumables In Yunnan Province

In recent years, the rapid increase of medical costs by public attention, become one of the focus issues of concern to the masses. One important reason is that the cost of medical consumables in the medical expenditure proportion gradually increase. Medical supplies, especially for high-value medical consumables costs as an important part of medical expenses, the price will directly affect the level of medical expenses. Rapid growth of high value medical consumables costs, development and disease have not only the medical technology spectrum changes and other objective reasons, more high value does not improve the price of medical consumables management system of the inflated price of medical consumables and clinical unreasonable use of subjective reasons. Therefore, study how to accomplish the high value of the price management of medical consumables, thus effectively reduce medical costs, has strong practical significance.In this paper, the definition and characteristics of high value medical supplies to Yunnan Province, on the analysis of the current high value consumable price formation of each link and high value medical supplies basis for price formation is closely related to the game relationship, pointed out that due to the high value medical supplies R&D and production and circulation use and other aspects of asymmetric information, supply induced special requirements, not only by free competition in the market to price adjustment effect, but can not only governmental pricing means to achieve the optimal price. Must use systematic view and method, improve the top-level design, to identify the nature of the government, the public medical institutions, medical insurance institution and function positioning, introducing competition mechanism, determine the unified bidding government price cap, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the high value of medical consumable price forming the various stakeholders, especially the medical service institutions and medical insurance institutions to reduce the enthusiasm and initiative of medical consumable price and high value, to government regulation and market regulation combined, the establishment of a scientific and rational long-term high value consumable price formation mechanism, by means of modern information technology, and improve the high value consumable price supervision system, promoting high value consumable price formation in the reasonable, normative, open, transparent direction, to lighten the people’s burden of medical expenses.
