| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,hospitals have entered an era of expansion.With the expansion of the scale and the development of medical technology,the prosperity of the medical consumables market is also brought about.Before the cancellation of zero-plus medical consumables,consumables will undoubtedly be a huge source of revenue for hospitals.Before the cancellation of zero-plus medical consumables,consumables will undoubtedly be a huge source of revenue for hospitals.In recent years,the management of medical consumables is more and more strict.With the continuous advancement of medical reform in public hospitals,medical consumables have entered the era of zero addition,and the role of medical consumables in hospitals has also changed,from the former profit center of hospitals to a huge cost burden of hospitals.In order to reduce the cost pressure caused by medical consumables,the extensive management of hospital consumables must be transformed to fine management.Only by effectively controlling the operating costs under the premise of ensuring the normal operation of medical treatment can public hospitals continue to be competitive and not be eliminated in the future reform.The former extensive consumables management mode is obviously not suitable for the development mode of modern hospitals,and the way of consumables fine management becomes inevitable.Based on the theory of fine management,this thesis analyzes the current situation of medical consumables management in MR hospital,finds out the problems,and puts forward the optimization plan,which is of certain significance to reduce the operating cost and improve the competitiveness of the hospital.In this study,a large number of relevant domestic and foreign literatures were read,reviewed,and field interviews were conducted among warehouse personnel,suppliers,medical personnel in the financial department,clinical department and the second-level warehouse in the operating.On this basis,the existing consumable process and management mode of MR Hospital are analyzed,and it is found that there are problems in procurement,inventory,distribution and consumption supervision.In terms of chaotic supplier management and lax supervision,we put forward the supervision evaluation system and supplier certification and qualification management.With regard to extensive inventory management and the problem of making purchase plan based on experience,we can scan the code for all consumables to be put on shelves and out of storage through information construction,so as to realize the whole management of consumables;Through the docking of the secondary database information platform of clinical departments,the inventory of consumables can be effectively supervised and the remaining inventory in the hospital can be accurately counted.At the same time,the ordering point is set to purchase when the inventory of consumables reaches the ordering point,which improves the turnover of consumables and reduces the backlog.As for the complicated receiving and distribution and heavy workload of medical staff,the mode of active distribution and customized distribution is adopted for the clinical departments and the second-level warehouse in the operating room,which reduces the errors in distribution and the overstock and overfailure of consumables in the clinical departments and the second-level warehouse,and further improves the consumables turnover rate.The fine management of consumables reduces the operating cost of hospitals and improves the efficiency.It has certain reference value for other hospitals’ consumables management. |
