| ObjectiveTo investigate and compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic operation and laparotomy in the treatment of early ovarian cancer. Method80cases of patients with early ovarian cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received laparotomy treatment and the observation group underwent laparoscopic treatment. The clinical effect of the two groups were observed and the index including the operative time, the intraoperative blood loss, mean dissected lymph node number, the degree of postoperative pain, postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal tract, postoperative complications and postoperative follow-up of 24 months without tumor recurrence rate, etc. ResultsAll cases were operated successfully without changing surgical approach. Between the laparoscopic and open groups, the mean operation time was(252.8±25.4)min vs(229.0±28.9)min(p<0.05), mean blood loss was(115.5±22.6)ml vs( 218.3±54.5) ml(p<0.05), the mean dissected lymph node number was(38.1±4.7) vs(21.8±7.3)(p<0.05), mean postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time was(37.1±5.1)h vs(57.7±7.3)h(p<0.05),one patients had symptoms of fever in Laparoscopic group. Among the Laparotomy group, the incision of 1 case delayed healing,1 case of intestinal obstruction symptoms and 2 case had a high fever. 1 case of superficial vein thrombosis symptoms. Laparoscopic surgery does not need to use analgesia pump or a pain killer injection. Laparotomy surgery to use analgesia pump or pain killer injection. Two groups of postoperative follow-up of 24 months, comparing differences between groups have no statistical significance(p(29)0.05). ConclusionIn the clinical treatment of early ovarian cancer,laparoscopic surgery has good clinical effect and lower adverse Reaction,worth the clinical promotion and application. |
