Objective:To study comparatively the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic assisted radical resection of transverse colon and open operation.Methods:59cases were selected for statistical analysis from the transverse colon cancer radical resection cases collected in Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College from2007February to2013July, divided into laparoscopic assisted radical resection of transverse colon group(laparoscopy group,29cases) and open operation group(30cases).Indicators of2groups including operation time, blood loss, number of excisional lymph nodes, the length of incision, intestinal function recovery time, hospitalization time, postoperative complications, survival rate, local recurrence rate, distant metastasis rate were studied comparatively. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS13.0software.Results:Compared with the open operation group, patients in laparoscopy group had less blood loss, shorter length of incision, less intestinal function recovery time, less hospitalization time, less postoperative complications (P<0.05); there were no statistical differences between2groups in operation time, number of excisional lymph nodes, hospitalization expenses, survival rate, local recurrence rate, distant metastasis rate (P>0.05)Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of laparoscopic assisted radical resection of transverse colon is better than open operation, and laparoscopic assisted radical resection of transverse colon is worth in the clinical promoted application.
