| With the development of the society, there appear various hierarchical relationships between people inthe existing social formations, among which the doctor-patient relationship is one of the primary ones.However, we get the idea from media that the relationship between doctor and patient in our country is in atight state. The noble image of the medical staff has been reversed by the frequently occurred medicaldisputes. This arouses the attention of all walks of life in our society by means of a number of medical staffwounded or even killed on their work posts. Why is there so much violence in the event? What do thepatients and their family members want? How to reduce their discontent towards the medical personnel soas to avoid the violence to happen again and again? What factors affect our doctor-patient relation towardsthe direction of the harmonious and stable state? This thesis will hold the view of the analysis model“parachute management†to carry out a case study, taking a community health service station as theresearch object.The author adopts the method of literature research to reorganize the theoretical studies regarding thedoctor-patient relationship both at home and abroad. The questionnaire is utilized in this thesis to analyzethe doctor-patient relationship in the community health service stations. Five hundred copies ofquestionnaires which include personal background information, medical costs, environmental problems,cultural difference, the channels for complaint and publicity, the role of the media and the patient needs, etc.are randomly given out to the community residents, and four hundred and thirty-three questionnaires aretaken back actually. According to the answers given by the patients and their families, one-to-one in-depthinterviews will be conducted with the medical staff about some of the common problems. In this way, theauthor wants to make sure what the medical staff’s attitudes are towards the same problem, and tounderstand where the deviation is. What’s more, the author also needs to observe for a month in thecommunity health service station in order to obtain an objective point of view, and to comprehend thepatients and their families’ attitudes towards the medical staff, and to know the emotional reactions of thepatients and their families when seeing a doctor or waiting. With a fair and just manner, the author willconduct a behavior analysis and summarize the existing problems so as to understand the present situationof the doctor-patient relationship in community health service stations. Then by using the analysis, the author wants to make clear the advantages and disadvantages, the opportunities and challenges we have inthe doctor-patient relationship. At the same time, the author should compare the advantages anddisadvantages that exist in the doctor-patient relationship management both at home and abroad, and tofigure out what are the feasible measures for us for reference. Finally, the countermeasures and measuresare put forward for improving the doctor-patient relationship in our community health service stations.In this thesis, various comments and suggestions are provided in order to promote the intimacybetween doctor and patient in community health service stations, to alleviate the contradiction betweendoctor and patient, and to strengthen the construction of community health service stations. Meanwhile, thethesis also displays a positive effect towards the countermeasures and basic measures the hospitals shouldtake to further strengthen and improve the doctor-patient relationship. At last, the research results will alsohave certain reference significance for the doctor-patient relationship management. |
