Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, in order to resolve the problem of inadequate and overlyexpensive medical services, Government has made great efforts in medical servicessystem reform and has actively studied basic thinking and effective measures to theabove problems. Therefore community health service centers emerge following therequirement. The establishment of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship not onlywith the medical staff and patients and their families, and with the government policy,the media publicity, medical environment, service process and social values haveinseparable relationship.The purpose of study is to examine from perspective of social inclusion andinterpersonal trust the effects that the staff in community health services have onpatient-doctor relationship.Involving137staffs in services center including doctors, nurses and othersinterviewed, the questioner on social inclusion, interpersonal trust and relationshipbetween patients and doctors surveys their current situation and the links among them.Draw the following conclusions1.The general characteristics of the doctor-patient relationship: The doctor-patientrelationship of community health service staffs is at a level below average.2.The general characteristics of the community health service organization staffs’ssocial inclusion interpersonal trust:social integration of community health serviceworkers are below average level, and interpersonal trust is in average level.3.Tthe social inclusion, interpersonal trust, and the doctor-patient relationship ofcommunity health service organization staff: community health service organizationstaffs’ interpersonal trust can predict social inclusion; Earnest dimension waspositively correlated with interpersonal trust; Community identity and communitysupport can predict the doctor-patient relationship.
