At present， the health sector has become the most growth potential andmarket space field。 But，the existing pattern of community health service can’tmeet the increasing demand of health service and the aging societyrequirements。In order to solve this problem，this paper compares the domesticand foreign community health service industry and academic status，on thefeasibility of establishing health services business model in Wuxi citycommunity。By visiting investigation of community health service centers andservice stations and other civilian agencies layout， personnel structure，working mode，and points out their defects and deficiencies， and contact withhealth services market in China the current background， from the point of viewof policy and system， talent， input admittance， settlement andmanagement， analysis of the shortcomings of the reasons。 In the city theresidents growing demand for health services，and accompanied by the Chinagradually entered the aging society， this kind of research is of positivesignificance。This dissertation mainly to the Wuxi community health market environmentand market situation are analyzed， and proposed the general idea and detaileddesign to establish business model，the contract of health service for communityresidents as the foundation， take the family as a service unit, interactiverelationship establishment and professional hospital， ensure all the business onthe basis of stable development。At the same time， this article focuses on theoperation model， profit model and marketing model， establishment,operation and development of the business model are analyzed， from theviewpoint of the various needs of residents， to make full use of newtechnologies and new ideas， to create a business model of community health service to provide active， sustained， omnibearing service platformresidents，and the integration of various resources based on this platform， toseize the historical opportunity to bring huge aging society， to serve the brandsa link to develop diversified service products， the realization of the rapidgrowth of the business， and set up service brand， enhance thecompetitiveness。 The establishment of community health business modelconcerning the protection of the condition are analyzed， put forward somesuggestions in improving medical insurance settlement system， realization andprofessional hospital information exchange and sharing， stabilization policiesexpected angle。...
