BackgroundTotal knee replacement (total knee arthroplasty, TKA) is the treatment of kneeosteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and traumatic arthritis and other serious lateosteoarthropathy effective operation method. The femoral medial muscle and patellar beside the road are is an effective securityinto the way of total knee arthroplasty..2. The patellar femoral medial muscle into the road beside the road, less bleeding,postoperative pain, early joint functional recovery faster, higher flexion mobility.3. The femoral medial muscle into the road early curative effect satisfaction is high,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
