The Research Of Physician Regular Assessment With The Sample Of XX Hospital

Physicians regular assessment is an important part of deepening the reform of medical care system, more is to establish and perfect the physician access and withdrawal mechanism, promote the physician to update their knowledge, improve the level of practice doctors and practicing ability, an important means to ensure the medical quality and medical safety. At present, China has enacted and promulgated a series of policies and regulations related to the physicians regular examination, but our physicians regular assessment is still facing many problems, hindered by physicians regular assessment work in progress, and these problems, are found only in physicians regular assessment work development, and to seek the ultimate solution.This paper is divided into six sections. The fourth part the author summarized on the analysis of the existing problems in assessing physician regularly, and find out why. The fifth part the author aimed at physicians regular appraisal situation, put forward to improve physician regularly check work countermeasures and suggestions. The last part is the conclusion, the full text is summarized briefly and reflect on the gains and losses.
