Based On Literature Research, This Article Discusses The Prescriptions And Medication Rules Of Modern Physicians For The Treatment Of Renal Edema

Purpose:In order to provide a new idea based on the statistical results for the clinical treatment of renal edema,this paper discusses the clinical medication rules of modern doctors in the treatment of renal edema by using classical prescriptions through the literature research.Material and method: 1.To collect the literatures published in the Chinese Journal full-text Database(CNKI),and determine the subject words as "renal edema,classical prescriptions" to search and download the literature;2.Searching for the successful cases of renal edema treated by Chinese and foreign doctors in modern times through books.3.Establishment of inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria based on research purposes;4.Select the documents and set up the database,use the WPS Office form to summarize and sort out the included documents,and then use IBM SPSS modeler subscription to analyze the relevance of the extracted effective information 5.It is concluded that classical prescriptions is used to treat renal edema.Clinical drug frequency,drug correlation.Results: A total of 594 articles were retrieved.Among them,there are 124 literatures that meet the inclusion criteria,including 59 prescriptions,involving 62 pieces of traditional Chinese medicine,2035 times of single drug;There are 33 drugs with frequency?15 times,including liquorice,tuckahoe,ginger,Atractylodes macrocephala,jujube,Cinnamon Twig,Alisma,ephedra,aconite,etc.Among them,sweet drugs are the most,and mild and warm drugs are the most.According to association rules,43 drug groups with gain value?5.0 were sorted out.It contains components such as Xu-ming decoction.Conclusion:1.Renal Kidney edema is mainly due to deficiency of internal organs,which is easily accompanied by wind cold and exterior pathogenic factors,and mixed with pathogenesis of water dampness and stagnant heat.In terms of treatment methods,the treatment of deficiency in the interior mainly focuses on Nourishing Qi and Yin;in terms of external sensation,it mainly focuses on dispelling wind and dispersing cold;in terms of pathogenesis,we can adopt methods such as pushing through the old to bring forth the new,and heat transmission according to the situation,so as to break the cemented pathogenesis,give the way out of evilQi,give the way from positive Qi to restart the normal function of human body;or we can use auxiliary means to accelerate the recovery of patients,but we still need to prevent over treatment.Renal edema may be related to Shaoyin and Shaoyang,which still needs clinical verification.2.The structure of Xu-ming Decoction was found in several classical models.Although it has never been found that the relevant literature about the use of Xu-ming Decoction for the treatment of renal edema has been clearly documented,and there are few specific prescriptions in clinical practice,but from the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,the theory of classical prescriptions,and the results of data mining,the use of Xu-ming Decoction for the treatment of renal edema is likely to have a proper effect,I believe that this prescription will prove its value in further clinical practice.
