| The camel placenta powder preparation is made from high-quality fresh camel placenta and is obtained after the strict cleaning, disinfection, drying and crushing procedure. This is a new type of immune preparation which can effectively improve the immune function of organism. So as to comprehensive evaluation of the camel placenta’s edible and medicinal value to provide theoretical and experimental basis.The index of immune organ, clearance rate of charcoal particles, phagocytosis function of chicken RBC by mice’s phagocyte and serum hemolysin test were studied in this paper. This essay tries to explore the impact of the camel placenta powder preparation on mouse. The experimental results obtained, to kunming mice stomach camel placenta powder preparation (20mg/kg), not significantly affect the index of immune organ in mice; it can enhance the phagocytolysis of mononuclear phagocyte in mice; the test of the peritoneal macrophage phagocytic proves that it can increase the number of the chicken RBC obviously; the determination of serum hemolysin method proves that it can promote the formation of hemolysin antibody caused by the sheep RBC.Thus the above cases show that the camel placenta powder preparation can improve both the non-specific immune function and humoral immune function of body. |
