Abstract/Summary:
Objective:in the early study has confirmed that xinjiang traditional fermentation camel milk in three different inflammation model shows that the anti-inflammatory effects, especially for CRP,MDA and inflammatory factor inhibition may and has certain immune mechanism, and the recent research results show that the fermentation camel milk to low immunity in mice immune function is regulatory role.Based on the above results,to explore its action mechanism, the research on the shubat yeast fungus was isolation and identified, and the nutrition were tested, and the discoveries of new strains on the immune function of mice low preliminary research. Methods:Use traditional separation identificat and 16 SrDNA/16 SrRNA,18SrDNAd1/D2 gene determination method of xinjiang altay region,urumqi-changji bactrian camel traditional fermentation camel milk to isolate the main strains, and the use of low immunity animal model, the fermentation camel milk which found that one of the new strains to adjust the immune function.Results:10 strains of lactic acid bacteria and 3 strains of yeast were isolated from xinjiang traditional fermentation camel milk. After after appraisal,10 strains of lactic acid bacteria were:Lactobacillus helveticus,Lactobacillus plantarum,Lactococcus lactis,Lactobacillus paracasei,Lactobacillus paracasei subsp.tolerans,Lactobacillus mucosae,Lactobacillus harbinensis,Lactobacillus hilgardii, and two strains of species;three strains of yeast were Kluyveromyces marxianus,Pichia membranifaciens,Candida ethanolica. Conclusion:Xinjiang traditional fermentation camel milk new found species number 10 lactobacillus on the immune function of mice low immune function is enhancement.
