| Objective:Based on the theoretical basis of Wenjing Huayu analgesia,the clinical effect observation of Jingshuyin on primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type was carried out,and the therapeutic mechanism of Jingshuyin on the disease was explored.Methods:Sixty patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type who met the research standard during the period from January 2019 to January 2020 in the gynecology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were included in the study,and were divided into treatment groups according to the digital table method(30 Cases,oral Jingshuyin)and control group(30 cases,oral Tongxuekang capsules)were compared with their symptom scores before and after treatment.Results:In terms of comprehensive efficacy,the total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the treatment group was 90.00%,and the recovery rate was 73.33%;the total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the control group was 90.00%,and the recovery rate was 40.00%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,uterine artery blood flow pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI),A/B(ratio of peak systolic and diastolic)decreased in the treatment group,Vm(average flow rate),FL(blood flow)Both rose,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of pain level:The patient’s pain level was evaluated by VAS score:(1)Within the group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that both Jingshuyin and Tongxuekang capsules are effective in relieving patients’ pain symptoms.(2)Comparison between groups,the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,indicating that both groups could reduce the pain of the patients after treatment,but It is better than Tongxuekang capsule in pain relief.Comparison of TCM symptom scores:After treatment,TCM symptom scores decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group had lower scores than the control group after treatment,indicating that Jingshuyin was improving TCM symptoms are superior to Tongxuekang capsules.Conclusion:According to the results of clinical observation,it can be found that Jingshuyin based on Wenjing Huayu analgesic can effectively treat primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,and the effect is positive. |
