Purpose: Complete of the Shaofu zhuyu decoction combined with Chinese herbsacupoint stick to treat primary dysmenorrhea of haemorrheological nature and bloodstasis of clinical research，Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of this therapy，Toexplore a treatment of primary dysmenorrhea haemorrheological nature blood stasissyndrome curative effect is distinct，serviceability safety、both specimen.Method: Select the72cases of primary dysmenorrhea patients met the inclusioncriteria，In clinical practice on nature found Cold coagulation and blood stasis type inthe majority，they are randomly divided into two groups，Treatment group (36cases) byusing Shaofu zhuyu decoction combined with Chinese herbs acupoint stick to treat，The control group (36cases) was treated only with TCM for oral administration.Acourse (three menstrual cycles) after，The changes of symptom，physical sign and painof two groups were analyzed before and after treatment，clinical efficacy.Result: after treatment(three menstrual cycles),the two groups of patients,the treatment group clinical curing15cases,41.67%;Having aneffect of10cases,27.78%;Effective8,22.22%;Void3,8.33%;Total effective rate of91.67%.In the control group,10cases were clinical cure, accounted for27.78%;9cases had marked effect,25%;Effective8cases,accounting for22.22%;Invalid9cases, accounting for25%;The total effective rate was75%.Statistic significance was found in clinical effectbetween the treatment group and the control group,the former was better than the latter.Conclusion: Shaofu zhuyu decoction combined with Chinese herbs acupoint stickto treat primary dysmenorrhea of haemorrheological nature and blood stasis significanteffect and safe effect without complications，it is worth for clinical use.
