The Clinical Research On The Cold-dampness Evil Type Of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation Treat By The Snake Moxibustion Of Du Meridian

Objective:This subject is to treat chronic pelvic inflammation with snake moxibustion ofDu meridian.By observing clinical cases and analyzing statistical efficacy,theyhave tested its clinical efficacy,enriched ways of treating,and broadened theapplication range,which provided a safe,practical,convenient,and effectivetreatment.Methods:72cases of chronic pelvic inflammation were divided into2groups usingrandom number table：36cases for the treatment group (Du moxibustion medicine)and36cases for the control group (The traditional Du moxibustion),both of whichwere lasted for7days as a course.All the cases were treated continually for3courses and recorded the symptom expression before treating,after3courses.Andthen,by quantizng the effect of chronic pelvic inflammation,the efficacy evaluationwas done after the course was over.Results:1.Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease clinical symptoms and signs integralcomparison,Two groups own comparison before and after treatment wereimproved,In the two groups after treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease clinicalprimary symptom score and total score was significantly improve.2.The comparision between2groups in clinical efficiency:1cases were curedin treatment group for2.78%,14cases effective for38.89%,19cases progressive for52.78%,2cases invalid fou5.55%. The total effective rate was94.45%.0cases(0.00%) of control group were cured,10cases (27.78%) effective,22cases (61.11%) progressive,4cases(11.11%) invalid. The total rate was88.89%. By ranksum test, it has a result of Z=-1.417,P=0.078＜0.05, which showed that the2groups were no significant difference.3.After treatment, total score difference: the trial group is12.44±2.67, thecontrol group is11.06±2.63, After the statistical, t=1.756,P=0.042<0.05, therewere significantly differences between the groups.4.The comparison in single symptoms of2groups: in the way of improvinglower abdominal pain,12cases (33.33%) were basically cured in treatment group;22(61.11%) were effective;2(5.56%) were invalid.12cases (33.33%) werebasically cured in control group;20cases (55.56%) were effective;4cases (11.11%)were invalid. By rank sum test, it has a result of Z=-0.309，P=0.378＞0.05，whichshowed that the2groups were no significant difference.In the way of improvinglumbosacral pain,24cases (66.67%) were basically cured;8(22.22%) wereeffective;4(11.11%) were invalid in the treatment group.17cases (47.22%) werebasically cured;13(36.11%) were effective;6(16.67%) were invalid. By rank sumtest, it has the result of Z=-1.573，P=0.058＞0.05，which showed that the2groupswere no significant difference.In the improvement of massive leucorrhea,21cases(58.33%) of treatment group were basically cured;13cases (36.11%) were effective;2cases (5.56%) were invalid.14cases (38.89%) of control group were basicallycured;18cases (50%) were effective;4cases (11.11%) were invalid. By rank sumtest, it has the result of Z=-1.682，P=0.047<0.05, which showed its statisticalsignificance, meaning that treatment group is superior to the control group inimproving massive leucorrhea.Conclusion：1.Du moxibustion medicine group and the traditional Du moxibustiontreatment in cold-dampness evil type of chronic pelvic inflammation,they havegood curative effect.2.In clinical efficiency,Du moxibustion medicine group and thetraditional Du moxibustion treatment there was no significant difference, especiallyin the improvement of massive leucorrhea and the body cold during the mild andmoderate patients. the treatment group is superior to the control group.3.It is safe, effective, easy to manipulate for doctors and accept by patients.
