| ObjectiveThe research observed the clinical curative effect of primary dysmenorrhea of coldness and dampness stagnation type by ren meridian long snake moxibustion by means of randomized controlled trials,look forward to providing a kind of good curative effect,less side effects and painless characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and thus to minimize the adverse effects of drug treatment,at the same time,to provide more safe choice for the primary dysmenorrhea patient.MethodsFrom December 2018 to 2019,72 patients who went to the acupuncture and moxibustion department of zhuhai hospital of Guangdong provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and were clinically diagnosed as primary dysmennorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis were selected(two groups respectively include 36 patients,under treatment,treatment group 4 people had come off,and another group 6people had come off),among which 32 patients in the treatment group were treated with ren meridian long snake moxibustion.In the control group,30 cases were treated with traditional acupuncture and moxibustion.Treatment was conducted on the first and second day of menstruation,three menstrual cycles were continuously treated,and follow-up was conducted for one month after treatment.Efficacy was evaluated before and after the first,third and first follow-up,respectively.VAS was used to evaluate the analgesic effect;Using CMSS to assess pain severity,and clinical symptoms which are corresponding to primary dysmenorrhea of coldness and dampness stagnation type,to evaluate the circumstances of coldness and dampness.ResultsBased data:the treatment group and the control group before treatment,the age(P:0.428),the course of the disease(P:0.370),the VAS score(P:0.413),the CMSS score(P:0.568),and the coldness and dampness stagnation type rating scale(P:0.614),there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),and two groups of data are comparable.VAS score:after treatment,the scores of two groups all decreased,P<0.05,in which the difference was statistically significant.The VAS scores of the two groups,P>0.05,and the difference between two groups was not statistically significant.CMSS score:the scores of two groups were decreased after treatment,P<0.05,there is no difference among them.CMSS scores between the two groups,after all remedy,P>0.05,there is no difference between two groups;When the first follow-up,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant between them.Cold coagulation and blood stasis symptom score:after treatment,the score of two groups were decreased,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The scores of cold coagulation and blood stasis in the two groups,P<0.05,indicating a statistically significant difference.Treatment effect:treatment group:2 cases were cured,13 cases showed obvious effect,15 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the total clinical effective rate was 93.75%.Control group:no one was cured,9 cases showed obvious effect,19 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the total clinical effective rate was 93.33%.P=0.141,P>0.05,the comparison between the two groups does not exist statistically significant.ConclusionRen meridian long snake moxibustion,conventional acupuncture and moxibustion are effect on primary dysmenorrhea of coldness and dampness stagnation type,can relieve pain,improve the patients’ symptoms and signs of coldness and dampness stagnation and dysmennorrhea accompanied symptoms.However,the improvement of ren meridian long snake moxibustion of the symptoms and signs of coldness and dampness stagnation and dysmennorrhea accompanied symptoms is superior to conventional acupuncture group,which can be used in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of coldness and dampness stagnation type. |
