The Clinical Research On The Blood Deficiency Of Pantalgia After Chlidbirth Treatedby The Snake Moxibustion Of Du Meridian

Objective:This subject is to treat pantalgia after childbirth with snakemoxibustion of Du meridian. By observing clinical cases and analyzing statistical efficacy,they have tested its clinical efficacy in treating blood deficiency of pantalgia after childbirth,enriched ways of treating, and broadened the application range, which provided a safe,practical, convenient, and effective treatment.Methods:72cases of blood deficiency of pantalgia after childbirth were divided into2groups using hidden type of random number envelop:36cases for the treatmentgroup(snake moxibustion of Du meridian) and36cases for the control group (acupuncturewith TDP), both of which were lasted for10days as a course. All the cases were treatedcontinually for3courses and recorded the symptom expression before treating, after1course, after2courses and3courses. And then, by quantizing the effect of pantalgia afterchildbirth, the efficacy evaluation was done after the course was over.Results:1.Two groups of postpartum body pain symptoms quantitative integral comparison：the trial group is10.67±2.50,the control group is9.28±2.67, After the statistical,t=2.281,P=0.013<0.05, a statistically significant difference,the trial group method to improvethe symptoms is better than the control group.2.The comparision between2groups in clinical efficiency:1cases were cured intreatment group for2.78%,14cases effective for38.89%,19cases progressive for52.78%,2cases invalid fou5.55%. The total effective rate was94.45%.0cases(0.00%) of controlgroup were cured,10cases (27.78%) effective,22cases (61.11%) progressive,4cases(11.11%) invalid. The total rate was88.89%. By rank sum test, it has a result ofZ=-1.417,P=0.078＜0.05, which showed that the2groups were significant difference.3.The comparison in single symptoms of2groups: there are statisticallysignificant(P<0.05). The treatment group in improving limb pain, numbness, joint activities detrimental to the better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Du moxibustion medicine treatment and Du moxibustion treat blood deficiency typeof postpartum body pain, have the good curative effect.2.Du moxibustion medicine treatment and Du moxibustion contrast, The total integraldifferences. Prompt Du moxibustion medicine group in improving symptoms than Dumoxibustion group.3.Du moxibustion medicine treatment and Du moxibustion treat blood deficiency typeof postpartum body pain, it showed that the2groups were no significant difference. But Dumoxibustion therapy the total effective rate was slightly better than that of the control group4.Du moxibustion medicine treatment and Du moxibustion treatment of postpartumbody pain, blood deficiency type safe without side effects, efficacy better.
