Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Acute Wind-Cold Type Facial Paralysis By The Combination Of Acupuncture And Du Meridian Moxibustion

Research purpose: Through observing the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Du Meridian moxibustion therapy and acupuncture combined with local mild moxibustion therapy on acute cold-type facial paralysis,objectively evaluate the efficacy of two methods in the treatment of acute cold-type facial paralysis,and to provide a useful exploration for the treatment of acute cold-type facial paralysis.And provide new ideas and more optimized solutions for clinical treatment.Methods: In this study,60 patients with acute wind-cold-type facial paralysis were selected,and 60 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by a strict randomized controlled trial(RCT).The basic treatment was given to the observation group and the control group.In addition,the control group was treated with local mild moxibustion at the affected side of the affected side at the time of the acupuncture,and the observation group was used for the administration of Du Meridian moxibustion after the end of the basic acupuncture treatment.Du Meridian moxibustion treatment: the patient was asked to be prone to the treatment bed in a comfortable position,and the position of the back supervision and follow-up was fully exposed.the patient is positioned at the big and the waist points of the patient,then,the ginger juice is applied between the Da-vertebra point and the waist-shu point along the follow-up part of the governor,and the prepared ginger paste(3-4 jin of ginger is pressed into ginger paste)is spread on the gauze,and the prepared ginger paste is made into a strip with a width of about 4 cm and a thickness of about 1.5cm;A long strip of moxa stick(about 2 cm wide and about 1.0 cm in height)was put on the ginger mud,and 95% alcohol was sprayed on the moxa stick by a syringe,and ignited.The burning sensation was the degree of burning in the combustion process.In the case of visual burning,the moxa was added,and each time the moxibustion was applied for about 40 minutes.One treatment course was given once daily for 7 days,and 4 courses were observed for 1 day of each treatment course.After the treatment was completed,the efficacy evaluation was carried out,and the facial nerve function score of each time node was evaluated as the observation index by two groups of patients,and the obtained data was analyzed using the SPSS22.0 software,and the clinical curative effect of the two treatment schemes was evaluated objectively,and the difference of the curative effect between the two groups was compared.Results:1.After 4 courses of treatment,the scores of neurologic function in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01).After the first course of treatment,the neurological function score in the observation group was significantly higher than that before the treatment(P<0.01),while the score in the control group was significantly increased after the second course of treatment(P<0.01).At the end of the first three courses of treatment,the scores of the two groups showed statistical difference(P<0.05).2.After four courses of treatment,the cure rate was 86.7% in the observation group and 63.3% in the control group(P<0.05).The healing rate was 96.7% in the observation group and 86.7% in the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.After four treatment courses,the treatment time distribution of the two groups was analyzed,and the cure time of the observation group was mainly distributed in the third course of treatment,and the control group was mainly distributed in the fourth treatment course.In conclusion:1.The changes of neurologic function score before and after treatment were compared.Du Meridian moxibustion combination with acupuncture and local mild moxibustion combined with acupuncture can obviously improve the facial nerve function of the patients with acute wind-cold facial paralysis,improve the score of facial nerve function,and obtain good curative effect.2.However,the former is better than the latter in treating acute cold-type facial paralysis.The main performance is that the former can promote the recovery of facial nerve function more quickly,improve the clinical cure rate,and reduce the occurrence of sequelae.
