The Clinical Study On The Effect Of Professor Zhang Liangying’s Zhuyun Fang In Treat The Secondary Infertility Flow After Uterine Injury

ObjectiveFamous national Chinese medicine professor, honorary Chinese medicine professor of Yunnan, Zhang Liangying is good at the treatment of various gynecological diseases, especially remarkable efficacy in the treatment of infertility, her clinical experience of Zhuyun fang use frequently and has significant effect. In this study, use professor Zhang Liangying’s Zhuyun fang for the interventions to treat the secondary infertility flow after uterine injury.Expect to find a certain significancea for the treatment of the secondary infertility flow after uterine injury.MethodsThe group has42cases. Selected cases are from July2013to April2014in Chinese Medicine Hospital of Yunnan Province,patients who treating in gynecology outpatient in Museum gynecology clinic or inpatient gynecological hospitalized are diagnosed the secondary infertility flow after uterine injury. Patients were treated with professor Zhang Liangying’s Zhuyun fang. Observe the changes of menstrual period, volume, color, quality in patients before and after treatment. At the same, before and after treatment the12,14,16day of menstruation give patient B-mode ultrasound examination and observe the endometrial thickness and the endometrial type in patients;medication after the first three days of the menstrual cycle, test the values of the hormone blood. Statistic pregnancy of during the treatment.Results There was a significant difference in the use of the professor Zhang Liangying’s Zhuyun fang during treatment before and after in TCM Zheng Hou points (P<0.01), the efficacy of TCM syndrome was significantly (84.21%efficiency), that menstrual period, volume, color, quality improved significantly.The same menstrual cycle, endometrial thickness before and after treatment were significantly different (P<0.05); before and after treatment E2, P significantly increased basal levels (P<0.01); the prompt treatment of endometrial receptivity a certain improvement. During treatment clinical pregnancy rate was10.53%.ConclusionUsing the professor Zhang Liangying’s Zhuyun fang after a course of treatment, and after menstruation menstrual blood, color, improve quality significantly; allow endometrial thickening thickness within a certain range, while a certain extent, improve the capacity of the endometrium by sex; allows E2, P elevated basal levels, to improve endometrial receptivity has a supporting role.
